delivery and packaging is great
Your delivery and packaging is great , love the packaging . The product Firepit on a stand sadly the holes don’t all line up . It’s to heavy and big to return . It works it’s just the metal holes are not all in alignment. But two worked so I went with that, no matter how much I wiggled it around the screw will not go into the thread.
It’s a nice fire pit not used it but put in the garden.

Do not Buy from Gardensque
i purchased a outdoor water feature and less than a year later it has multiple areas of rust and it was only purchased in July 2024 , covered for the autumn and winter and put out for Spring 2025 . The response from Gardenesque was to use abrasive and paint the feature , which would make a £270 feature look awful . Complete bunch of cowboys , do not buy from Gardenesque

We do want to clarify that rust is not a manufacturing fault and, as outlined in our product care information and warranty terms, it isn’t covered under the warranty. Outdoor water features are exposed to varying weather conditions, and while protective coatings are applied, some degree of wear, including rust, can naturally occur over time. Our customer service team recommended a treatment approach to help restore and maintain the feature’s appearance, which many customers have found effective.
We understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but we remain committed to supporting you with care advice to help prolong the life of your feature.

Not smooth assembly
Good wooden armchairs but they were not made well for assembly. The holes didn't line up and were not deep enough for the screws. Once put together the chairs do look good though. Delivery was good too.

I can’t fault the customer service
I can’t fault the customer service, they got back to me quickly and sent me a complete new patio set when there was a problem with the first one (wrong leg supplied and scratch on the table). However the second set had a split in one of the chairs so customer service big tick quality of the product not so much! ( perhaps I was just unlucky?)

I ordered a bird bath for my son and wife. It arrived yesterday and to say they are thrilled would be an understatement. It looks absolutely fantastic in their garden and looks as if it’s been there forever which is just what they wanted! Nice garden bench
Received the garden seat quickly. It was relatively easy to put together, apart from one small issue of one of the holes not being aligned exactly where the screw fitted in but we resolved this ourselves. Happy with the finished product.

They sell extremely overpriced
They sell extremely overpriced. I bought an item from them and then found the exact item 80 gbp cheaper in Scotsdale’s garden shop. Contacted the customer care and asked for a justification for this huge price difference. They have explained the issue with a big overhead. So make sure you look somewhere else before u buy from them.
