Just had delivery of my bird bath was worried about it coming broke or not being able to lift it but lovely do driver put it where I wanted and thanks to gardener I love my bird bath found it hard to get top to sit in position but it’s done and love it had been admiring it for few years and took the plunge glad I did not disappointed thank you

Fantastic customer service! I bought some solar garden lights from here a year ago and they stopped working. I emailed customer service and they suggested some fixes, which unfortunately didn’t work, so they refunded the total price of the lights - even a year after purchasing. I’m very impressed and will definitely shop from here again.

Went like clockwork. In a digital age young folk might not know this is high praise for a faultless, smooth purchase from ordering to delivery. The pot is rough (which it's meant to be) and the service was smooth. Top marks to the delivery man from Kilmarnock who was friendly and helpful. I'm now seeking a high quality small tree for this high quality large pot!

We have been looking for a large Tuscan Terracotta pot for a while. Gardenesque had a fair few really good ones so we ordered one. The pot arrived fairly quickly on a pallet.
Unfortunately it had alot of cracks at the base so I emailed Gardenesque and sent photos.
They were quick to respond and sent a replacement out immediately. Laurence was so kind, v quick to respond and attentive, he handled the situation perfectly and thankyou.
Although not a great start, we had a good ending snd will definitely order from Gardenesque again!

Easy ordering process. Transparent delivery service. Goods received as hoped. All in all, as expected (in a good way).

Very good service although there was an issue with delivery. The 2 very large pots arrived a day late but the driver who picked up the missed delivery was excellent and very helpful. The helpline which I contacted twice were of no use. The replies were days late and therefore irrelevant.

What I bought was fantastic. Very well made and reasonably priced. What was exceptional was the help I received. My post code was not recognised so the Gardenesque team resolved the issue. The shipping cost was very fair

The bird bath was exactly as I wanted and arrived very promptly with the delivery driver prepared to wait while I checked for damage (expensive and a pain to get into returns). My only slight qualm is that the bowl does not easily sit on the base and took some fiddling with a very heavy item to get it absolutely level

Bought a water feature which had a fault once arrived. The customer service from this company was second to none. It was dealt with instantly & a new item sent out by Laurence immediately. Don’t you just love dealing with a company who offer a first class service. I would absolutely recommend this company without a doubt.

Absolutely love the repton furniture it's comfortable and looks really stylish. Gardenesque were extremely efficient and helpful. When I had a small issue Laurence sorted immediately - excellent company Elaine

All went smoothly. Planter a bit darker than I anticipated. Otherwise I’m happy.

A week past on Monday my wife ordered a Bistro Set for our balcony. It arrived within the week and was intact with all parts present and correct. I tried to assemble it and managed to chew up one of the bolt/screws with the allen key. Bugrit! This Monday I e-mailed Customer Service to explain. Lawrence came back to me by e-mail before noon and on Wednesday the spare bolt/screw (a whole packet of them) arrived. How is that for customer service?

I completed the table this morning. I am a very happy customer (repeat customer in fact - the bistro set sits nicely with the bench we purchased 2 years ago) and my wife is delighted. Long may the sun shine on our balcony.

A great product. Just what we ordered and meets our expectations.

Bought a bird bath 10 months ago, the service is fantastic, the product looks fantastic. However after only one winter and having spent £200 the product cracked and can no longer hold water. I was told that you must empty the water from the bird bath during winter to avoid the cracking. The whole point of a bird bath is to fill up with water for the birds i thought? No refund or exchange after only 10 months. Simply not good enough!!

Arrived quicker than anticipated, really well shipped and protected! This is an absolutely beautiful bird bath, really heavy and looks oldy woldy! Just what I imagined! Thank you for your fantastic customer service and a beautiful addition to our garden!

bought some gorgeous lights from Gardenesque but they broke pretty quickly. Think I must have received a defunct set, which happens..
This company wasted no time in sending me a set of new lights.
