Awful, no communication and lines closed. Absolutely shocking customer service, never using them again. Don’t deliver when they say they will and don’t reply to emails. You have been warned!
Edit: Oh I have emailed to get it resolved, it’s like posting something to you without a stamp on it.

Fire Pit - Tastic!!
Ordered the large cast iron fire pit. Quick delivery, good communication and more importantly excellent quality product. Not like the endless rubbish advertisements selling cheap crap!
Highly recommend, I'm going to buy the smaller one too for another location!!!

Excellent Service
This is a great company to deal with and their products are exceptional. We bought 2 of the Ancient Stone plant pots and they are by far, the nicest pots we have ever purchased. Unfortunately, the wind blew over both of the olive trees, smashing the pots, so having to purchase again to replace.

Unjustified delivery charges
For the second time I have failed to complete my order due to delivery charges. I wanted to order solar lights costing £2.99 in the sale. Delivery fee £50!!! How can this be justified? I live just outside Perth, it’s a 50 minute walk to the city centre. I’m a few minutes from the major road network in Scotland. This is totally unjustified.

The shipping app does normally apply the correct shipping fee to orders. But time to time it can apply the wrong fee.

Gone from bad to worse
Following on from my earlier review on 29 August 2024 about blatantly discriminatory delivery charges I decided to give this company another chance as they told me they were introducing a new policy. When it got to the stage of paying and organising delivery it said delivery was ‘not available’ to my address just north of Edinburgh. Certainly that is a change in policy - from charging an extortionate amount to deliver to not delivering at all! You really could not make this up!
