*Update* The missing base finally arrived but they sent the wrong one...

Ordered a shed and base. Delivery was missing the base.
Took 5 days to respond to my email and call about the missing base.
Said replacement item would take 5 days to be delivered.
Chased after a further 5 days and was told “Forest have advised that stock has been assigned and allocated to a courier, so you should be contacted by the courier shortly to arrange delivery.”

Chased after a further two days of no contact and was told “I will chase this up with Forest on Monday and get back to you. Based on the conversation I had with them yesterday, I would anticipate that this should be delivered one day next week.”

Chased after a further 3 days of no contact to be told “ I have chased this with Forest this morning. They have advised that the stock of your base has been allocated to the courier and will be collected by them this week. The courier will then contact you directly to book in delivery. On this basis I would anticipate delivery either towards the end of this week, or the start of next week.”

Requested clarity on delivery date and was told “I will chase this up with Forest to see if I can establish a better idea of the date of delivery. This item is collected by a courier close to the Cornwall area who then contact you directly to arrange delivery.”

Received a further email stating “ Just to keep you updated, I have not had any further response on this as yet.
Have you had any contact from them at all?
If not I will chase this with them tomorrow morning!”
Replied to say no contact and had the following reply “ I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t had any contact from them as yet.
I will chase this up and get back to you once I have had a response.”

Received no response.

Have just received a text from Forest saying the order is only now due to be collected on 2nd April, 4 days shy of a month after the didn’t deliver the first time.

Last time I received the shed 6 days after the text, so looking at over a month to rectify and only one proactive email from Garden Oasis.

Go somewhere else, they couldn’t care less.

Original review was negative as garden oasis were slow to respond to my email regarding a faulty order. This has now been resolved to a satisfactory standard hence the edit. Garden Oasis are clearly a good company but I still leave one star off due to the initial delay. Their prices are good though and I would use them again so I think 4 stars is fair for my experience this time. Hopefully I’ll order something else soon and I can upgrade to a full 5 stars.

Excellent service from this company. I bought an item which had missing parts. (Not Garden Oasis fault as the item was in a box sealed by the manufacturer.) I didn't open the box for a month but when I did open it I noticed there were parts missing. Even though it had been a month since purchase, garden oasis were very helpful, sorted it out and got the distributor to send me the missing parts. Great customer service and thanks to Laura for all her help. :)

The cantilever parasol is exactly what were hoping for and hasn't disappointed..... roll on the summer so we can use it properly!

We bought a gate form Garden Oasis last year. When it arrived my husband was not very well and we have only just got round to fitting it this week. Noticed that one of the brackets was missing so emailed them and this morning have received two brackets and fitments. Cannot praise their quick response enough. Thank you once again

I ordered for my self a made to measure side gate which arrived very well packaged and of very good quality, being a builder by trade I would not hesitate to order from them in the future when jobs arise.

Purchased a chiminea from Garden Oasis in December. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and the delivery arrived quickly. Could not fault them, and will use them again.

Having researched the market for small garden gates, I chose one from Garden Oasis as it seemed to provide the blend of quality and affordability I wanted. When it arrived (far earlier than I'd expected, given Covid difficulties), I was not disappointed -- in fact very pleasantly surprised. Now fitted, the gate looks very handsome and I shall be treating it to blend with the rest of the fence once the 2-month acclimatization period is over.

Bought a raised pond as a Christmas present-on 1st telephone call enquiring about delivery times, I was treated as a valued customer-I was called back with details within a few minutes by a polite, professional lady-once ordered, the pond arrived ahead of the quoted delivery time in perfect condition. I would not hesitate in recommending Garden Oasis. A+++

Good communication and excellent delivery

I needed a quick solution to a sticky problem (I left it too late to get my Wife's Christmas present as usual). I knew that she liked her ponds and there was room for another in our garden. Our youngest Daughter quickly found Garden Oasis and chose a pond that she knew her Mum would like. Three days later the pond arrives just in time for Christmas. It's a lovely pond and I'm indebted to Garden Oasis for the no nonsense, no fuss, no problem sale and delivery.

Bought a log burner from Garden Oasis. Quick delivery and just as described. It’s been put to good use so far during Lockdown.

Excellent service, parcel arrived earlier than expected which I was thrilled with as it was a last minute present. Good prices and the item was of excellent quality. I will definitely be buying from here again!

Really impressed with the price, approaching 50% less than on other websites for the identical product. The boot rack was nice and weighty and is being out to very good use! Delivery was as promised so absolutely nothing to complain about.

First purchase of two items (birdhouse and matching birdfeeder) as a gift. Prompt delivery - during a busy time for parcel deliveries. Beautifully painted items. When notified about an issue with the birdhouse fixings - Garden Oasis immediately offered a no-quibble replacement, arranging for a rapid courier delivery at no extra cost to ensure the new item arrived in time to still be given as a gift. The recipient was delighted with both items.
