I looked high and low and the only company in the UK who managed to get my Lifetime shed Shelves for my Lifetime Shed.

Although there was a £40 surplus to pay which I didnt mind paying (either that or me fly to America to source and bringing it back), there was no company selling the different size shelf individually in the UK.

Very great service and managed to get the impossible in a few months of ordering these rare items.

Very genuwine and honest company and updates you once arrived and dispatched via their own company vans. Received before Xmas and I am very happy.

A fantastic gate; really well made and far superior to another gate I had just bought online from a well known DIY and garden retailer; this gate was poorly made and nearly fell apart when it arrived!!. The Garden Oasis gate cost £20.00 more, but was more than than worth the extra cost as it was a heavier and a far better made gate. I very much recommend Garden Oasis 👌.

I ordered a metal gate and gate-post. Both were at my house within a fortnight, well-packaged to ensure they arrived undamaged. The gate and post are really high-quality items. the workman I asked to fit the gate couldn't believe how good the gate was and how easy it was to align, given the price, and said he would be recommending Garden Oasis to other customers, in future.

Great website, easy to use and order correct measurements to fit, plus door furniture etc/bolts/handles/locks... takes 4-6 weeks to arrive, which was advised and expected, contacted me when it was ready and delivered smoothly with no hassle.

Over the moon with the gate, looks great, cut above other gates, looks classy, (you get what you pay for) hoping it'll last a long time. :-)

Brilliant customer service and gate, arrived earlier than expected!

We purchased a Sierra Patio Cover 3m x 3.05m from Garden Oasis and we are so pleased with the item and their customer service. It arrived on time, which is an achievement in this current climate.

We did have a damaged roof panel, which looks like it was damaged in transit. Once I contacted their customer service they got straight onto it - Mark Jones was brilliant. They got it sorted with a replacement and sent out within four day and they kept me updated thought the process.

An excellent experience from placing my order to timely delivery.
Garden Oasis were professional, understanding, knowledgable and friendly.
When my order had to be there by a certain date due to other building work ongoing, they were empathetic and did all they could to deliver my product on time.
Excellent, basic and simple customer service!

I wish I could write a positive review, but this company have twice lied to me about when my order would arrive. (They happily took my money 3 months ago but still no delivery). I acknowledge the large number of positive reviews and I suspect I have been unlucky, but I cannot excuse the fact they have given me two delivery dates (one in Sep, one in Oct) and without apology I'm still waiting.

When I placed an order for a gate and changed my mind the company was very helpful and offered me a full refund. They dealt with the issue efficiently. Clearly a business of high integrity.

It was easy to order from a clear and well presented website. The product arrived on time and was exactly as depicted. It was easy to fit as well (DIY not being one of my better points!) All in all, VERY impressed with Garden Oasis and will not hesitate to order from them again

The garden gate arrived within a few days of ordering and was much cheaper than from other companies. A really good service in pandemic times. Would definitely use agin.

Everything was as I ordered. It took a little time to arrive but being a bulky item you would expect that.
It was fairly easy to assemble and fit.
I have no complaints and have been pretty happy with the product so far.

Excellent Customer Service (although slower during pandemic as expected)

OK so Covid had shut down the entire country at one point and the entire country decided to sort there gardens etc, including me, i knew and expected delays and slower communications which i was correct. Gates arrived eventually, superb looking. Realised there was a fault my end ordering and theres in delivery, spoke to lynn and her manager and although not instant replies, problem was sorted and new gates are on there way (yes im expecting a delay). Dealt with situation proffesionally and very pleased with Garden Oasis. Thanks.

Thank you for your response. You state that I have had several responses but I am categorically telling you that I hadn't had a single one, however I have just had an email from Hadleigh attaching the responses... the reason I didn't get them is because Karen put a typo in the email address - I checked it wasn't my fault at point of order but I had used the correct one. An honest mistake, probably still didn't call for me being told I am bombarding with requests, just a customer wanting an update, that's all. Thank you for getting back to me and I look forward to receiving the item.

"Holly, I appreciate that it is frustrating to have to wait for a response but you have had several updates. You were emailed with an update on the 25th of August to advise of a 2 week delay and again on the 27th of August with another update to advise your gates were at the tanalisers. You will be updated again once they are ready for despatch. Bombarding us with requests for updates doesn't help."

Placed an order for a garden gate on 22/7 and although the website said to expect delays in the delivery it's now 5 weeks and no sign of the gate. I e-mailed for an update 5 days ago and have had no response and the phone is no longer being answered. Five months into the pandemic there is no excuse for not responding to customer queries in a timely manner

I ordered a garden shed which took longer than stated to arrive. I emailed and got a prompt reply with apologies and very quick delivery of my shed.
I was missing a few special screws. Again emailed Kelly Power and received the screws in a few days.
Kelly was brilliant and very helpful. She got things done very quickly. I would definately buy from this company again.

Two months ago I fitted two wooden gates purchased from this company using the screws supplied with the fittings. Whilst I am pleased with the gates, of the 16 2 inch screws holding the hinges to the posts, no less than 7 sheared, some at the time of fitting, some subsequently, causing me significant time and trouble to remedy.
Although the company have apologised, and given me a £15 refund, this does not really compensate for the problems caused by these failures. It indicates to me a lack of proper quality control in their products and I will now be very wary of ordering further from them.
