Ordered by phone a Summerglade Wooden Trellis Panel with Planter Product Code: 821. Customer Service advised the actual item from website photos and said it would take about 3 weeks. Phoned several times to check on progress and approx delivery date/time. Spoke to 3 different people. All helpful. Item arrived on date and time. Item exactly as photo - size, wood and looks well constructed. No complaints and would recommend. Suggest contact by phone.

Shocking customer service and abysmal communication with customers.
Where do you start? From start to finish this has been one disaster after another..Broken promises re delivery dates, calls in sales answered by the rudest person ever, even put the phone down on you. Continued calls and continued false promises even a call from someone called Paul offering a discount or code for money off for the fiasco which is my order..Then an email confirming delivery, arrangements made for my family to be here to help lift this into place in my garden. Imagine our shock and surprise to open our rear door to let our dog out and our order is sitting on our drive. No doorbell ring, no knock at the door and no note through the door. The product itself is of a high quality but is it really worth the stress and anxiety caused by dealing with this company- shocking customer service and poor commuication with your customers. It has been 42 days since i placed my original order and paid for it right away..

Nothing short of abysmal. Ordered 2 trellis panels on 8th April. No order confirmation sent, fortunately I had taken a screen shot of the order page. First panel arrives out of the blue 5 weeks later. Delivery driver just shrugs shoulders and walks off when queried on second panel. Repeatedly called them for updates and finally lost patience and phoned to cancel second panel, put it in writing and a week later the second panel turns up unannounced. Not a serious company.

Please do not order from this company, I’m not sure if they are a scam or real. I have taken days off my work to be there for my order, the most recent I was promised it was coming and surprise surprise no order again. I have been phoning, emailing and basically begging for my order or a refund, when I ask them to just give me a refund as I have lost faith in the order coming, they reply that they will refund me but they have no intention, so then I ask them to just send the order as you obviously won’t refund me. This company obviously doesn’t deliver or refund and that tells me enough. I am now doing what other people in the reviews are doing and going through my credit card company to try and get my money back.
Placed an order for garden fences
Placed an order for garden fences; gave an estimated delivery window. One month on (delivery window missed), no dispatch notice no tracking number. Called and found out the item wasn’t actually in stock and they didn’t know when it would be in stock. They Still took payment. Requested the cancellation of order and refund 3 times. They said they would look into it. I’ve had to raise charge back dispute with my bank. I should have read the reviews here first - they advertise products which are in stock but they don’t actually have them, as it was in my case. I would avoid making any purchases from this company unless you want to risk significant delays, or receiving no delivery at all. Terrible customer service / experience.
Really poor company
Really poor company. Ordered my materials on the 27th March for delivery 8th-15th. Still not here today. No communication with what was happening with the order. They kept changing the date to the following week after week. I’ve had to cancel my order as I don’t trust them. Haven’t received my refund yet.

I ordered some slatted trellis planters and a gate on the 19th of March 26(Paid for in Full).Delivery was booked for the 1st of April which arrived minus the gate.No mention was made of a short delivery when delivery booked in, only when I phoned to chase was I informed of a delay to this gate.Since ordered another trellis planter to go with the still delayed gate.That was delivered and left by our drive with no contact to advise planter left. My wife phoned today to check when gate will arrive still no delivery date.Very poor customer service!!!Always having to ring to get updates obviously no order progress department.My wife phoned today to chase and ask ref email confirming extra discount and advised she might get a call tomorrw.They obviously dont give a shit about customer experience

Ordered 2 planters with trellis 2 days ago. We have recieved no confirmation email which is supposed to be automated, the money has been been taken from account. Have emailed for confirmation of order and delivery and had no response. We have screen shots of order confirmation.

Unbelievable poor experience. Ive order materials on behalf of my customer and it has taken nearly TWO MONTHS for them to deliver. Infact, I do not have the the product and they dont know when it will arrive. Every time I contact them they just tell me it will be another two weeks away.
They seem to be advertising products they do not have to sell. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

I placed an order for a planter with trellis privacy screen on 31/10/2025. They were responding to emails and spoke to me nice BEFORE I PAID! IT WENT DOWNHILL AFTER I PAID!
1. No confirmation email for order sent, plus delivery date went over by almost 2WEEKS! STILL NO DELIVERY.
NO DELIVERY, NO ORDER NUMBER, £251 STOLEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. TODAY IS 18th NOVEMBER!
IT HAS BECOME A FULL TIME JOB DEALING WITH THESE SCAMMERS
Despite repeated attempts to contact the company via email (ALMOST DAILY and phone calls, I never received a confirmation or reliable delivery date.
Today, during a recorded call with their representatives (R and J), (fyi I mentioned their first names and the scammers flagged &removed my reviews ), slammed the phone down on me, claiming she would follow up in the morning. This is the fifth time a representative has ended a call abruptly without resolving the issue.
The delivery date has long passed, and there has been no communication or accountability from this company.
Many other customers appear to be experiencing the same problem. I have now initiated a chargeback with my bank due to their unprofessionalism and failure to deliver.
‼️❌🛑Do not buy from this company. They take payment but are unable or unwilling to fulfill orders, and customer service is unresponsive and unprofessional.
Every call to them they either Yell at you R yelled the moment she picked up the phone ‘she’s having the worst day ever’ that had nothing to do with me but proceeded to yell and treat me terribly after taking the chance on them despite their numerous bad reviews (IM NOT A THERAPIST, you should NEVER EVER VENT to customers it’s unacceptable especially when you’re treating them very POORLY)!

Chaotic, disorganised, unreliable. We ordered fence panels on 16th October. We sent an e-mail on 2nd November expressing disappointment that the panels had not yet been dispatched. Reply stated that the panels would be delivered “over next week”. They weren’t. Then on 4th November we received an e-mail promising delivery by 15th November, even though the website by then stated delivery would be between 5th and 11th November. By 15th November, the website said that delivery would be on 17th November whilst an e-mail informed us that delivery was scheduled for 20th November. During a period of a month, Garden Timber’s website stated six different delivery dates. Latterly the website stated that the order had been dispatched on 17th November and was scheduled for delivery the same day. Eventually, the panels were dumped in our garden in the snow late at night on 19th November. Good quality product but dreadful service.

They ignore emails, make endless excuses, and waste your time. It’s been an exhausting and frustrating experience just trying to get our own money back.

Ordered and paid for some fence panels on 8th Aug 2025, received nothing cancelled order by phone and email 20th Aug, received order ready for dispatch email 28th Aug, called and cancelled order again, by phone and email.
Received delivery email on 4th Sept 25, for 6th September.
Called again to confirm cancellation told there is a cancellation fee of nearly 50%, told if we took delivery the sale director will call on arrange credit and discount.
Heard nothing got nothing. Do not use this company they lie at every stage of the transaction.
Expect long wait, no discount, and lies every time you contact them.
