Absolutely not worth the hassle, communication is next to impossible, you are almost certainly not covered by them and they won't tell you this until you've performed like a circus animal taking pictures of your car. Do not waste your money.

I have had 3 Cosmetic Maintenance Plans with this company covering 3 vehicles. Finally tried to make a claim under the plan. I couldn't as a claim requires the inclusion of at least 2 photos of the damage and I don't need, want or own anything capable of taking photos. Neither do any of my friends. I used the GardX site to ask for their help but, 7 days on, have not received a reply.

GardX paint finish applied to new car straight from the dealership. Hassle free for me - so 5 stars - but the associated paperwork was excessive - so 4 stars overall.

I purchased guard x paint maintenance plan and wheel protection plan at a cost of nearly 900 pounds in June this year I inquired today about cancelling the plan as I'm selling the car I was told that there was no refunds payable the dealership I purchased the plans through did not explain that you don't get a refund if you cancel so I have lost a lot of money I would not purchase this plan again nor do I recommend anyone take out this sort of maintenance plan.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way my request has been handled. The case was closed without resolving my questions, despite me clearly providing a response . This lack of communication and support makes the whole process unnecessarily frustrating.

It should not be this difficult to get straightforward service from a large company. Closing tickets without resolution and forcing customers to chase for basic information creates a very poor experience.

All I needed was clear guidance before visiting a service center, along with confirmation of weekend availability and a contact number. Instead, I’ve wasted time repeating myself. This is unacceptable and needs serious improvement

Small stone chip on the front of my brand new a6 avant paid nearly £600 for paint and wheels cover with Gardx informed gardx of problem with the stone chip, one of their so called repair specialist came out to carry out repair at my home was here about 10 minutes and just dabbed a bit of paint on the chip and said that's the best he can do I informed him that I was not at all happy with the job he had done and told him that I would not sign his job sheet he rang his boss and told him about the situation and his boss said polish out the paint repair he had just done and then he was to leave it as it was and leave my house I told him not to touch the car again, so he got in his van and left .
Do not use this company for your paint and wheel cover under an insurance policy on any vehicle very poor service.

I have never used those chemicals but I feel the kit wasn’t complete , please add tyre sheen and dash spray for the customer other than that you doing great thank you

They were very good and professional with good customer service

Seems ok, I guess the proof of the pudding is in the eating, won’t know until it has been on a while. Depends how well it was applied too!

I didn't know what to expect, the car wasn't cleaned properly before the coating was applied which confused me, I thought it needed to be done over a clean car. The water doesn't run off like a wax polish so I really don't understand what it is supposed to do. After complaining it was done again? But in all honesty I think I would get a good valet next time and apply a good ceramic or wax coating.

Very shiny and easy to wash

First class after sales service. Alan Davies for the company responded to a water stain on the upholstery and did a first class service in removing it. He also provided very helpful information on car care.

Bought this for a new car, birds poop on spoiler left me buffing with polish for nearly 15 minutes, rubbish product and when I contacted them, my goodness a very rude patronising reply
