This review is not about Gateway as a company but is about Kane Tomlin ( the safety door inspector). Kane was professional and Helpful throughout, he spoke through actions and what he was doing. The visit was quick and efficient.

We have been forced to use Gateway as our new build estate management company and have found their service to be terrible. They have taken on the estate prematurely when it wasn’t yet finished by the builder, work that has been promised to be done by them and the builder hasn’t been done leaving residents to take it upon themselves to have to maintain areas themselves. They add additional charges onto billing if you are disputing the service they are providing and the staff constantly fob you off.
A recent site walk around was very unprofessionally handled and organised for a day when they were hoping many people wouldn’t be able to attend and try to manage a site from 100’s of miles away.

Leaseholders are entitled to know what they're being charged for. I received an extra charge on top of my service charge, justified only in broad terms, and when I asked for specifics I was told the question would be referred onward — while being reminded the invoice was payable immediately. I paid in good faith and have heard nothing since, including after chasing. A separate repair I reported remains outstanding. Poor communication and no accountability once the money is in. It`s been 15 days since I asked for clarification and I heard back nothing...This is purely my opinion!

Chay the maintenance operative was lovely. Didn’t mind my dog who became obsessed with him. Got the job done quickly and had a lovely chat at the same time! He also went through the findings and explained what needed doing.
