Gearchangeonline Reviews

Second order from gearchange always very helpful and always a good price.
If I have a problem I know it will be sorted, having their shop in my town is an added bonus!

Great company to deal with, honest and reliable!

Very happy with the visor, great addition to my lid.

Great products and price, really helpful people who totally understand customer service and 100% understand their customer requirements. Would not hesitate to use again 😊

Great discount applied for multiple purchases.

Exceptional service from Rachel at gearchange , she’s definitely a credit to the company. Kept me in the loop about everything and was a pleasure to talk too.

Arai helmet + Dark visor

Had everything I needed in stock and at a good price.

Good website and products, good communication and fast delivery.
Good discount.

Good customer service.
Bought a 1 piece suit which was the best price available on the net and thought i bought it too small but was given the right advice and realised the suit was the right size.
Swift delivery as well.

Easy to navigate website, great products and service. Fast delivery arrived in secure packaging.

Outstanding customer service, John even took the time to call me and explain my options and what would work the best for me, no problems exchanging an order that didn’t fit me. Very good prices as well.
Other retailers the likes of Infinity would do well to take a leaf out of gearchanges way of business.

I was being charged 17.50 Pounds for “ International” shopping despite being a resident of N.Ireland which unless I’am mistaken is still part of UK. When I enquired on phone as to why this was I was told that the shipping company charged residents of N.Ireland the same as those living in the R.O.I. Which is of course not. Very disappointed. PS I only gave one star because the lady I spoke with was very polite.

Really happy with the service a great thanks to Warren Guantario for excellent advice what a wealth of knowledge he has on all the gear, Really gave me excellent advice so I got exactly what we needed, and everything fitted perfectly. Thank you Warren and Gearchange top job

Fantastic service. Yesterday afternoon I ordered a helmet online from this shop - I had a question first and John answered really promptly on the live chat.

This morning I have had my new helmet delivered, so I have it well under 24 hours from ordering it.

Can definitely recommend and will be adding this to trusted retailers that I use when next looking for kit.

As described and prompt..

Cheers John
