I ordered a pair of gloves online and the sizing was a bit iffy. I contacted the Gear Change shop and they were more than happy to help. I popped in and they swapped the gloves no problem. When I got there the staff were very friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for better service!

I ordered a pair of Sidi Vertigo 2 boots from GearChange- they were £30 cheaper than the major online seller that I normally use.
I needed to swap them for a size larger, so called them and spoke to a very helpful and cheerful lady who found a pair in the size I wanted, and sent them out the following day- a Saturday - via a courier, including collecting the too-small ones to go back. The charge for swapping them over was only £7, which is a lot less than I had expected to pay posting the original ones back.
I'm very happy with their service, and wholeheartedly recommend them.

And the boots are excellent quality, too.

Excellent service. I have now ordered twice now and on both occasions have managed to order the wrong size. Retured and exchanged for the right size straight away.
