Gemini Parking Solutions Reviews 

Just got charged £170 for using Gemini Parking Solutions as this was the app for parking at Better, Gosling Sports Park in Welwyn! I parked there for 2 hours. Although used the app and paid! They are there to rip you off, not happy!! Not a good company and lied about sending the first letter to notify me about my parking charge! I will not be parking anywhere where they have a parking app!

No clear way to pay a PCN on their website. Links and QR code on the PCN say click the "Pay Now" option on the website. Problem is there is no "Pay Now" option. Then when you are late paying (because you can't) it is escalated to debt recovery company and you are in a whole lot of a mess and you are actually trying to pay. This is madness.

This company is a total disgrace, got a ticket at metro golf centre, show them evidence I was eating in the restaurant and had put my car details into their computer, on appeal they still said they would charge me a reduced charge of £20 or go to the ombudsman and risk paying £120, there is no one to speak to to complain, and I just paid the penalty in the end because I was away and could not deal with the hassle. They are a disgrace of an outfit!

I parked at the Runnymede hospital on 30th April at 1250. I had an appointment there at 1300. I have parked there numerous times before, but this time apparently you were supposed to enter your details at reception. I talked with reception there because I had to double park. They said it was no problem. There was no sign of a notice that I should enter my details.
I received a PCN a couple of weeks later. I appealed and had to send proof that I had an appointment which I did.
They now want to charge me £20. They are rip off merchants

£100 fine reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days of issue. The scammers sent me the PCN more than 14 days after the date of issue. Thieving scum

Ripp off people, these are scams they don’t respond to appeal and can’t complain then they pass to debt collectors while im still waiting for outcome of my appeal or complaints

Guys, I can see that all of us had a terrible experience with Gemini Parking solutions. I would like to write to the CEO and file a complaint. I just find it unacceptable that they don’t refund my £40 knowing that there was a glitch with their system (and I proved it). If you know how to escalate the issue pls do message here. This company needs investigating, send out letters to late. You pay it ASAP and the 3 wks later recieve another letter saying it wasn't paid. Then the debt collectors are saying it was paid to late and complain to Riyal mail. Yet they cannot say when it was sent out. I am absolutely fuming and will be doing my own investigations to get to the bottom of this parking company. I now understand why you have 1 star you need to be closed down and refund people's hard earned money. Disgusting behaviour.

I went to play bowls for my county at Rugby Thornfield Bowls club and the only way to the club is through Queen's Diamond Jubilee cark park. When I arrived the president said make sure you put your car reg. into the system so to avoid any car park fees, this I did.
Gemini Parking Solutions sent me a PCN for £100.00. When I explained my mitigating circumstances they said okay we will reduce the charge to £20.00, you can appeal and if this is unsuccessful you can still pay the reduced amount. I appealed to the Independent Appeals Service (ias) this is whom the recommend. After doing this the appeal was dismissed by the ias as they do not take into account any mitigating circumstances. I reluctantly paid the £20.00 even when I thought I obeyed all the rules.
I now have been sent a Debt Recovery Plus notice to pay £150.00 this is £170.00 fine reduced by £20.00 that I have already paid. I have appealed to this company and now waiting a response, but not very hopeful.

Very disappointing experience with Gemini Parking.

We visited a leisure centre and correctly registered our vehicle as disabled at reception, following the procedure we were instructed to use. Despite this, we later received a parking charge notice.

We submitted an appeal and provided evidence of the disabled badge, however Gemini rejected the appeal, claiming they could not locate the vehicle registration on their system. This was extremely frustrating given that we had followed the correct process from the beginning.

After contacting the leisure centre directly, the manager confirmed once again that our vehicle had in fact been correctly registered and advised that she would contact Gemini herself to have the PCN cancelled.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability. After all the inconvenience and stress caused, I then received a one-line message simply stating: “I can confirm the PCN has been cancelled.” No apology, no acknowledgment of the error, and no recognition of the unnecessary distress caused.

The whole process felt unfair, dismissive, and very poorly handled from start to finish.

I appealed a PCN as their system didn't appear to work on my phone. I tried various ways to do it and thought it had worked. When I submitted 2 detailed appeals explaining all this, I received 2 stock responses as if they hadn't even read my detailed responses. Once done, they then have you over a barrel as if you go to an independent verifier the amount goes to the higher amount

One Star is too high a score for Gemini - they are an utter disgrace. I visited Parkside Hospital Outpatients on 21 April and duly registered my car at the computer at the entrance (for free parking) but received a PCN - dated 28 April - arrived 8 May!

When I tried to appeal on their website, it did not recognise the PCN number. As a double check, I entered the PCN number on their payments section and it still did not recognise the number.

I phoned Parkside and found out that all the notices had been cancelled as there was a glitch in the system.

Why did Gemini send out these notices when they must have know something was wrong and why did they not alert me and 100s of others when they went to their website to appeal.

I called the number to park as instructed and despite this being free as a disabled badge holder their system didn't work and I got a ticket.
I can prove the badge and I can prove the call. They still want me to pay £20 for mitigating circumstances.
I have cancelled all donations to Gunnersbury Park and removed them as a beneficiary from my Will. Whilst they do business with this scam of a company I will no longer patronise the park.

I saw one positive review on here which made me laugh, obviously an employee of this terrible company. I got a PCN for waiting outside the feel good centre (how apt).

I wanted to appeal but didn’t want to risk the full charge if the appeal was lost. I paid the reduced charge. Tried to get in touch to tell them they are penalising people that are too scared to risk appealing. The customer service was dreadful.

Received a PCN for parking incorrectly. I paid the PCN at the amount allocated on their website after putting in the requested details. I then received a debt recovery letter stating I didn’t pay, I called and spoke with gentlemen, provided him evidence of payment made. He went back to Gemini and they came back saying I paid the wrong amount so therefore I owe £170! Hmm so I paid the wrong amount on your automated system??! I’ll await my day in court!

Parked at Lee Valley for a meeting, logged my car on the online portal but didn't get receipt email. Got penalty notice, appealed it, got no confirmation of my appeal, tried calling- goes to automated number-also tried emailing, no replies. Eventually got £170 bill from debt recovery company. Handle this company with caution.

This company target innocent people. Watch out

I received letter from debt recovery plus to pay £170, which I paid for my parking on that day , also I never received letter from Gemini parking solutions London. I am recovering from cancer and this gave me lots of stress. I can’t proof that I paid for my parking on that day. This company doesn’t work at all giving stress to people. Someone has to stop this company doing that. Because they doing lots of mistakes and charging people for nothing. By doing mistakes they’re giving lots of stress to people. They don’t even pick up the phone only Robert is answering to the phone debt collector says you can’t appeal. You just have to pay or contact to Gemini. It’s not our problem only way is to pay £170 . I’m very disappointed from this company.

Parking companies get a bad rep. So when I needed to discuss an error I had made, I admit, I was surprised to actually get a thoughtful human response.

So this is me, taking the time to say thank you to Ashleigh (from customer services I assume) for your patience, for listening and for treating me like a human.
