Streamlined process and user-friendly interface, and timely follow-up by staff. Highly recommend!

Problems start when you decide to leave platform...
We were happy using GG platform at the start, though we were not sure how the structure (1 property - 1 LtdCo) will work outside of the platform. The answer is - that structure does not work in real world, or proves to be very costly. And it is not only us, but everybody who are leaving platform faces financial challenges. Few years ago accountants were not familial with GG platform, so they could not give the opinion about financial implications of moving LtdCompanies from GG. Now all of them describe it as "financial nightmare".
GG is online platform - communication by emails only. Personal telephone conversations finished when they were not interested in us.

Think ahead before joining....

Saves a huge amount of time and lets me focus on building my property business. Company admin, confirmation statements and company accounts are all sorted letting me focus on property development and growing the business. Just completed my first set of accounts and my accountant Riza was outstanding.

The entire experiece of setting up SPV in UK through get Ground is really simple and fast. What I like is the system driven process that takes away many potential human errors, especially for a first timer.
Subsequently, when I have questions, all I need is to write them an email, and they will response accordingly.

Prompt and professional replies.

After being with GetGround for 12 months, it was time to submit my annual filings. I received all my documentation, but wanted to understand it better. After sending an email, we had a call booked in where Manny took me through everything, line by line. I was very impressed with their knoweldge and awareness, no matter the detailed question I asked, I got a clear response that I could understand. Thank you!

I use GetGround for my property portfolio and I must say, their service is extremely seamless. Their customer service team is always responsive and sincerely helpful when I need assistance. The staff are very professional and have a lot of experience, which has guided me through the whole investment process as easy as possible.

No way to terminate the account on the webgae

First of all, the company website does not even have a page where you can terminate the account. So I emailed the customer service to terminate my account and they replied me that the final subscription fee would be charged in March 2026. However, I am still charged in April 2026. I am asking for a refund and termination of my account account immediately. I am waiting for their reply. They make subscription termination so difficult. I would not recommend this company.

Overall a good experience, the setup was simple and everything in one place makes things easier. Support was helpful at the start. A solid option for a straightforward setup.

GetGround’s accounting service is superb. I simply upload all the rental statements, expense receipts and relevant bank statements to verify rental income and they will handle the tax filing. At the end, I just need to pay the tax due by secure bank transfer following simple instructions.

Getground can prepared everything for me. The only thing I need to do is upload all the necessary documents.

Terrible company, take the money, you ask them for help, they send you links to their site that do not even work.
Then i ask how to pay my corporation tax, never done this before I need help. The person Russel who I was emailing was no help at all. Oh and still not resolved and we need to pay corporation tax in 9 days!!!
Accounting we asked how we could take money tax free. They told us the wrong thing, disgraceful. So our full accounts had to be done again after we are argued about it and then they said we should have withdraw it a different way. Wow great service, its like they do not know what they are doing.
Do not waste your money on this company.

Edit. Had an issue that has now been sorted. To be honest.. no one does what they do the way they do it.

I find myself openly recommending them. Best for property investment with a group of friends.

Get left / Get grounded ! / no info no help / They don't respond - no phone numbers no contacts to be made - this business is faceless email only impossible to speak with they did nothing to help.
