Really disappointed with their returns policy. Takes a long time to get money back and wasn't refunded my full amount. Even tho I paid for the delivery and £10.00 to return the item. Very disappointed. Will definitely never order again from thia shop.

Terrible Quality. I’ve bought from this company twice now, I was disappointed the first time as the item was very badly made but I gave them the benefit of the doubt this time as I’ve a wedding coming up and the dresses on the website look gorgeous. The dress came today in what only I can describe as shocking condition, there are threads hanging from every seam and for a dress which was over €50 I was very upset. Cost me €6.50 to deliver the dress and will cost me another €4.50 atleast to return it so I’m down €11. Won’t be ordering from there again. Save your money. I’ve bought Shein clothing of better quality.

I have dealt with Both Carmel and Lisa as I am waiting on something to come back into stock and they have been two fabulous ladies to deal with. They have gone above and beyond to help keep me updated while i am waiting. Can't wait to order more gorgeous pieces.

I bought three items. One of them was advertised as size 8-12 but was definitely a 12. The straps were loose and falling down and the top itself was baggy. The cup size was also very large. (it was a bodysuit). I had to pay to return the item and I found the customer care poor. They didn’t acknowledge the fact the top is advertised as the wrong size even though i sent images of the fact that it’s about 2 sizes too big for me. I was also surprised they would not cover the return for me. The top was 36E.

Had a lovely experience shopping in store today the lady was very helpful and I came out with a beautiful outfit . So nice to go into a shop and people are friendly and helpful .
