This company has loads of choice on their website and i liked the way i was able to see the skirt on someone my height before buying. I was able to choose the delivery company myself too.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted a trousers and set top from their website last month. I came on here to look at the reviews and later decided to order two sizes because I wasn’t sure what size to go for my order arrived the next day, I sent back one of the sets. I did my return with the parcel return thing that they have set up my refund was back with me in just under 2 weeks. No hesitation in ordering again 😊

Dress I ordered was flimsy and see through , should be better quality for what they charge.

Awful company to deal with, they don’t care about their customers as-long as they get their money, wish i had of read the bad reviews before purchasing, seems to be a well oiled scam going on not giving people refunds.

Came across Getthattrend website couple of months ago and wow they stuff they had was fab albeit slightly overpriced. Despite the bad reviews , I ordered two dresses, one of which I had to return due to buttons missing, they charge you for returns first off and long story short they wouldn’t give me a refund their solution was to send me another dress , after me telling them I didn’t need another one I had no use for it my sons communion had passed 🤷🏽‍♀️ they were quite rude to deal with, very disappointed. Boohoo & Vavavoom so much better and know how to treat their customers if there’s issues.

Small fitting, overpriced for what it is & when I tried to return the dress I ordered there was issues. The reviews on this brand the last month or so says it all. Don’t waste your time or money.

If it was possible to give no stars I would!! Where do I begin with this family run business that supposedly does their upmost for customers, to me they just care about money and not their customers. I ordered a playsuit from getthattrend for my hen do. Zip was stiff but all seemed fine, until I was on my hen and my friend was zipping me up at the back, words do not describe the mess of that Playsuit, pictures says it all , if I can upload the photos here I will. You wouldn’t even receive this type of bad quality Playsuit from shein , bear in mind this Playsuit was 70 odd euro including delivery. The Playsuit was not stitched properly , the zip length did not go the whole way up, which meant the whole Playsuit was uneven and especially at the collar , there was also a hole. As I was in Liverpool and didn’t bring back up outfit for my brunch , I wore my jacket as the front was fine (hence why I never noticed when I tried it on at home by myself ). I was at my brunch and the whole zip bust open which meant the whole back was gone, couple of my friends had to leave my brunch to try find safety pins to pin me up. Which still didn’t do any good and I had to leave and go back to the hotel. On Sunday I contacted their customer service explaining what happened and also provided pictures for them to see , I had asked for a refund as I did not need another Playsuit nor would I want one after that experience. I got no response (which they claim they respond in 24 hours), 3 days later I followed up and got an email telling me they sent out a replacement. This Playsuit was for my hen do , why would I want another one , they didn’t even acknowledge the fact I wanted a refund. When I told them I didn’t want a replacement that I wanted a refund they preceded to tell me that they couldn’t as I wore it and didn’t report the issue within 24 hours . Extremely disappointed with their attitude, they hide behind their policy. Their attitude indicates they don’t care about customer service. I’ve worked in customer service for the past 10 years and as a business if you do something wrong and customer complains that is then giving you the opportunity to make amends and turning a bad experience into a good one. I will not be purchasing anything from here again. I will make sure any one I know knows about this place!

Tried to return an item as it did not fit, when I contacted them after some time the lady emailed me saying said product was not fit for resale as it was 'soiled' and 'marked' and being sent back to me. I folded and packed this item myself and explained this asking for a picture or proof of the said damage as it was perfect leaving my home. I have still not received a reply to my email, refund or the item and I am down over 100 euro, will not buy from here again!

If you are wanting to return an item and get a refund think again. They will point blank refuse to give a refund and will argue with you through email out of sheer pettiness. Customer service is absolutely appalling, never seen anything like it.

Refunds are terrible they used to be great but seems the bigger tje brand is getting the lazier they are with refunds send back two items over two weeks ago tracked with an post but still no refund

This is my second time to purchase from this company and both occasions I have returned items. On both these occasions I have had to make contact various ways to actual have my refund processed. Still awaiting my refund. This is extremely of putting to say the least

I ordered a dress for a wedding. When I came it was too big so I returned and asked for an exchange in a smaller size. It was out of stock but Tina emailed me to say she would ask returns to watch out for the size for me when I came back instock.She updated me to say it was on its way to me and I received it the next day. Brilliant service and beautiful good quality clothes

I order the dress for confirmation but when arrived was not happy with it way too big and material was light so sent ut back

Ordered two very different dresses for an upcoming wedding and both arrived very promptly. Quality excellent, I selected one to keep as it was best suited for the season I was wearing it. Return of the other dress was pain free, just had to go to an post website and then the post office print label when posting! Overall happy with the quality and style of dress and service was excellent!

I ordered the Kyra beige and black leopard print wide leg jeans - found the size was perfect but I am 5ft 8 and thought they were a little bit short but got away with platform converse with them. I also ordered the Penelope black Pinstripe blazer style playsuit. I loved the fit of this but felt the pinstripe was too itchy on the inside. Delivery was very quick and also the returns process seems easy.

Dress arrived fast but had a black mark on the neck area it was to wear for my sons confirmation also thread was very badly stitched it was coming apart I did expect better quality for the price of the dress return was abit stressful and so much time consuming I end up putting it in the charity shop maybe someone else can repair it as I never have time off work to do the whole return process unfortunately after the first order and quality so bad I wouldn't recommend or return to buy again
