Really fast delivery as usual and loved the dress. Only thing is that the button loop on the top of it is tiny and I found it impossible to close on my own, so needed help in and out of it. But dress was lovely and got loads of compliments on it. Got it for a Christmas party but think will also wear it for a wedding at New Year too. 😉

I just want to thank all the girls at get that trend. I was looking for a dress for my birthday and it was sold out of online . I emailed the girls begging them to find me the dress I needed it. They went above and beyond and found the dress for me I ordered it Thursday evening and I had it Friday morning. Tried on the dress and it’s absolutely perfect. Just the best service I always buy dresses from get that trend. Thanks girls I can’t wait to wear it for my birthday ❤️

Such a brilliant customer service team. Carmel went above and beyond to let me know the item I wanted had been restocked and she had the size exchanged for me and posted back all within a week.
The dress is lovely and will definitely be re ordering again!

Great service. Very fast delivery. The top was perfect sizing and ideal for a Xmas party. I felt very comfortable in it. Warning though to wash before first wear because the the dye came off on my skin and took some scrubbing to get off!😂

Don’t bother
Firstly, I paid for next day delivery which I didn’t get. Most items returned and have been waiting 6 months now on a credit note. No response to emails sent to customer service. Wish I’d seen the reviews on this place before ordering as it seems to be a common theme. They have a registered address in Belfast so Trading Standards are assisting me.

Hi Ciara, thank you for your order. As you ordered 2x Pre-Order items in January, your order was dispatched as soon as they arrived in. The dates that the items were expected in to stock was clearly stated on both items and they were dispatched on time, and as per our shipping policy.
Your return (half of the items ordered) was very very late and rather than send it back to you, we kindly offered to give you store credit instead, which you opted for.
We issued store credit to you 24th March (days after receiving your return).
Refund wait time
Absolutely terrible experience. I returned my order over a month ago and am still waiting for my refund to be processed. I paid €82, but they are only refunding €72 because they deducted the return shipping costs. On top of that, the clothes I received were extremely poor quality, nothing like what was shown on the website.
Avoid this website at all costs — overpriced, low-quality items and a refund process that feels like a scam. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Hi Megan, thank you for your feedback. I've had a look and I can see that you placed your order on 5th August (15 days ago) and we received your return on 11th August. We had completed the refund by 18th August (within 5 working days of receiving your return). So in total, there was only 10 working days (2 weeks) from the date of your order until it was refunded.
Unfortunately when you place an order and we deliver it and then you return it, we cannot recoup the delivery charge from the couriers as they have incurred the costs of making the delivery and the return. Our returns policy clearly states that shipping cannot be refunded.
Regarding quality, one of the items that you purchased was the McKinley Blazer which we have been stocking and selling for years. We have thousands of customers who have bought that blazer and are happy with the quality, many customers have subsequently bought new colours in it.
All our pictures are taken on the iPhone and are the exact product you see on the website.
I am very sorry that you were unhappy and I hope that the above addresses your issues.

Amazing customer service. Put wrong address but they amended it before it got sent out and I received my dress the next day. Dress is also great quality and looks just like the pictures. Would recommend!

I see get the trend are putting up fake reviews absolutely appalling behaviour surely there should be consequences for doing that stay clear of this company they are the worst customer service I have ever come across in my lifetime

Returns/ Store Credit
Ordered off get that trend in May and had an issue with An Post returning the items I ordered. After shipping in the post office the delivery was returned to me by a post.
When I contacted GTT I knew I was a month after the returns policy but asked if I could get store credit instead. After sending on the shipping label from an post and the customer ID number GTT confirmed I could have store credit once the item was reshipped.
I found GTT very friendly and understanding to deal with
