Excellent, professional service from start to end of my Italian citizenship journey. Kept me up to date at all times, answered questions quickly and were proactive. I couldn’t fault them.

My family have been liaising with this firm for nearly 3 years regarding a Spanish inheritance. There have been serious delays from the solicitor throughout, so much so, that our sister passed away unexpectedly and did not get to see her inheritance. Now, we have to start the process all over again and at more cost, but if it wasn't for the delays over the years the matter would have been resolved before we lost her. I'm writing this review as again I am frustrated at the lack of communication from the solicitor. I have emailed him 3 times for an update, no response. At one point I emailed rhe company and asked for someone else to oversee the case but they did not respond and just contacted the solicitor to get in touch with us. The client services do not reply when you email them, just forward your email to the solicitor, so there's no assurance your concetns are looked into. We are yet again waiting. The whole process has been stressful and with the loss of our sister now it is extremely distressful for all of us. I wish I had read previous reviews before I used this company and I wish I had never started the process. It has cost us money after money and we are seeing no closure. Poor service, very disappointing all around. I do not like writing reviews like this but am sadly at the end of my tether.

Very responsive and helpful.Cannot comment on the quality of their advice as my matter changed but from what I saw, they were helpful.

Une dame relativement sympathique au téléphone me parle me demande quel est mon problème et me demande plus d'infos.

Je réponds que j'ai été arnaqué sur internet et que j'aimerai recuperer mes fonds

Elle me dit qu'il peuvent aussi attaque la plateforme de transfert pour récupérer les fonds c'est une de leur méthode.

J'ai explique gentiment que vu les fonds perdu je n'ai aucune liquidité a leur fournir.

Et là fini la gentillesse, froideur est au rendez-vous, en me disant nous ne travaillons pas gratuitement.

Je rétorque en disant que je pourrais payer leur service une fois les fonds récupèrer, mais non sourde oreille complet

En me souhaitant bon courage et ça raccroche au nez !

Quand il n'y a pas d'argent a se faire sur les victimes, il n'y a plus personne !

Kept rearranging calls, company completely disorganised and incompetent. Don't bother with them, complete waste of time. Would give them 0 stars if I could. If you're looking for immigration advice, then you'd be better off burning your money instead of spending it with these charlatans.

ho contattato lo studio giambrone, certo non mi avevano garantito di recuperare una certa somma da un a truffa sul trading . pero voglio dire io non sono un avvocato, ma seti giro un bonifico di 3000 ero, e perche doveva partire una denuncia nei confronti di una piattaforma , di un istituto bancario e addirittura a una persona con i dati alla mano. dopo un anno di attesa ho dovuto chiamare piu volte lo studio per sapere se cerano novita.non ho mai firmato una denuncia .la loro risposta e stata che bisognava agire con piu cattiveria e spendere altri soldi.

Un sedicente Roberto dipendente (?) di questo studio,mi contatta per i recupero di una somma presente su una piattaforma crypto.Tenta di truffarmi prima ca 4000 € attraverso la carta di credito,poi per fortuna bloccata,poi attraverso il bancomat 1850 €.

Very helpful and understanding nice people

Avoid like the plague!

I used Giambrone to apply for a Spanish visa. The lawyer made basic errors in my application - failing to submit the translated version of a document, failing to emphasise what parts of scanned documents were relevant, submitting one form of evidence when guidelines clearly stated two.

When I complained they offered to submit an appeal.. for a further £1,000 fee!!!

When I provided a written explanation of my complaints and clear evidence of their failings, they either disregarded points, or said I'd received more work than I'd paid for given the time the lawyers spent on the application. They then tried to pay me off with a £250 refund.

Dishonest, unaccountable, unprofessional. Trying to get through to them to speak on the phone was worse than HMRC. And when I did manage to, they'd do anything to hurry the conversation.

I swiftly went to a local solicitor who successfully managed a new application in half the time for a third of the cost, and actually answered the phone!

Applying for Italian passport , and though it took a while to resolve , I can confidently say that Giambrone law were always ultra professional, I dealt mainly with Erika , who helped me through every step , and is a credit to her profession

No other law firm I reached out to regarding possible CNF for myself has responded as quickly and proficiently as these two. Thank you!

Giambrone Law helped me secure Italian citizenship, it was much easier with the support from Elze. She managed everything with the Italian authorities, including communication with the commune. Once my application was sorted and I had gotten citizenship - she guided me through the process for my son as well.
