Your company has always been very professional, conscientious and kind. All of the customer service both locally in the US, and particularly in Zaparyzhia, Ukraine, has been more than outstanding. Always prompt and very courteous. The beautiful flower bouquets have always been fresh and noticeably lovingly put together. On one occasion a certain stuffed toy was not available, so the local office in Zaparyzhia replaced it with an even nicer, larger cute toy! And most recently, GiftBasketsOverseas added a Free box of Mozart marzipan chocolates to the flower arrangement! When every day is a tremendous struggle for her to stay alive, you have brought joy and hope to Tatyana, her family and beloved family pets in Zaparyzhia, Ukraine. You are simply the best! I have used this service alot now, as one of my only means of giving my loved one in Belarus gifts. The deliveries have always been on time, the items in perfect condition, the communication from the company prompt and clear. I'm 100% satisfied!

Gift Baskets Overseas provide very reliable services. The customer service was helpful and accommodating to my requests. I have used their services since 2017.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Maybe even -50, if I could. Emailed me 30 min before delivery on a 2 year anniversary to tell me it was delayed. What an absolute scam, and also very overpriced. Not even worth it, ladies and gentlemen, save your money for some other gift, from some other company. Take my word.

Living in the USA and sending parcels to Europe can be very expensive and cost the receipiant even more. So I purchased the Vitamin E basket for a special friend in Italy through Gift Baskets Overseas. The large, basket chocked full of Italian olive oil, beautiful flowers, and more arrived exactly as scheduled. My friend was thrilled with his gift and I could not be more thrilled Gift Baskets Overseas. The company is amazing and is most deserving of the highest rating.

Ordering was easy. I did a custom basket and all items were correct and as listed on the website. Delivery was prompt and without any difficulty or delay. I live in the US and had the delivery in Austria. Great experience.

The choices were many and clear, the ordering process was slick and easy with options for delivery etc. There was the right amount of confirmation and notifications too.
Unfortunately the gift was delivered shortly after ordering (rather than 2 weeks later as requested). When this was flagged back to GBO they were very quick to respond, investigate, apologise and I was offered a choice of solutions. This far exceeds the usual responses when things go awry and restores my faith that GBO is a company to deal with again. Well done to Alex and the team.

Giftbasket is really worth serving the whole world even in other planets and another Life

I have never sent anything overseas before but I found Gift Basket Overseas (GBO)and they were the most customer service friendly company I`ve ever done business with.
I picked out one of their baskets and sent it from the U.S. to Colombia South America.
The basket arrived on time but wasn`t exactly how it showed in the catalog. When I pointed this out to GBO they appointed Alex Praet as my personal customer care specialist.
Alex immediately said they want to make it right and allowed me to pick out another basket at no charge, I was shocked this was above and beyond what I expected. They had a new basket delivered within days.
Then I wanted to send a spa package to that same person in Colombia so I reached out to Alex to help me find a spa close by. Alex took it upon himself to find a local spa and negotiate a good price, and the best part was GBO does not even offer that product but Alex helped me secure it anyway.
I have never written a review on anything before but I felt compelled to do so because of the extraordinary customer service I received from Alex and Gift Baskets Overseas. And the person I was sending these gifts to was overwhelmed with joy, it was an amazing experience. Do not hesitate to use this company for any of their products, they are amazing.

Service toujours parfait

I’ll give five stars due to the huge logistical effort involved in shipping around 700 Christmas gifts worldwide. Most importantly, a special mention to specialist Mariana Pereira and her team — a huge shout-out to them for always being available to answer my questions and concerns, handle last-minute changes, and provide constant support. They truly deserve full credit and the highest rating.

However, due to the nature of global shipping, the receiving experience for some of us was not as pleasant, festive, or “Christmassy” as expected (for example, like receiving a flower bouquet). Since local courier partners were used, presentation was not a priority for them. As a result, the gifts arrived in plain cardboard boxes covered with multiple stamps, labels, and tape, and filled with bubble wrap or newspaper for protection (which we do appreciate). It was only after opening all this packaging that you could see the thoughtful and nice gift inside.

Aside from the shipping experience, which is partially their responsibility, as they are a gift basket company and not a “gift-in-a-cardboard-box” service, the team is excellent and always willing to receive feedback, comments, and requests.
