GBO had one job, to deliver a hamper to our friend in Portugal on their birthday (or even slightly before would have been ok). At the last minute we were advised delivery problem to 'techinical issues' with the carrier. Hamper finally arriving days late and not to the actual apartment.

Despite being provided the full postal address the parcel was dropped at a reception for a huge complex with an unrecognised signatory. The recipient had to hunt down the parcel and found the POD name was also wrong.

I have given 2 out of 5, because the recipient was ultimately happy with the hamper. I was also credited the delivery charge after I requested it.

I appreciate GBO say the local carrier was the issue but the very reason to order the hamper was so that the person receiving was surprised on their special day and in that their set up failed.

It was the first time I have used this company and I would not risk using again or recommend.

A very late order to multiple international locations dealt with professionally by Alyssa Bell - superb communication & guidance. She really went the extra mile to ensure everything was delivered.

Alyssa and her team were extremely helpful from start to finish - from providing suggestions according to budget to confirming once deliveries were made. Definitely worth using the service, especially for multiple orders.

The process was easy for me. All I needed to contribute was a mailing list and credit card.

Regrettably, my Christmas gift order was never delivered and customer service never responded to any of my messages. There are far more reputable companies to use. Don't waste your time or money with this one.

I would give more stars if I could because they did such a fantastic job! Special thanks to Mariana Pereira, who managed all my orders—over 60 hampers to be sent worldwide. Even though this was a difficult and tedious task, they handled it beautifully and promptly. For countries with alcohol restrictions, Mariana provided excellent recommendations and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Most importantly, her responses were always quick and efficient. I 100% recommend them!

The gift baskets were delivered on time, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. A special thanks to Yaroslav, who was incredibly helpful and provided excellent assistance throughout. Highly recommend their services!
