Ordered a Chinese New Year gift before Chinese New Year. The gifts were scheduled for delivery before CNY. This was important for my business relationship.

On the DAY of delivery, they email me to say delivery is delayed until after Chinese New Year.

They then email me after Chinese New Year to say it's delayed again with no estimated date, just 'we'll be in touch'.

3-4 weeks later, no contact, no delivery and my business relationship didn't foster from this gift like it was meant to.

$500 wasted on these con artists. Seriously, don't even bother, you'll regret it.

Gift baskets overseas offered me a solution to sending my granddaughter a gift to Greece which otherwise would have involved customs holding the item and charging the recipient (I speak from experience). So while it is expensive, the service is excellent, delivery as promised, presentation and quality very good, without the hassle of customs holding the item or charging duty to the recipient. So all in all I am very pleased and will use again.
