Gift Baskets Overseas Reviews

Our company hosts two major virtual conferences each year and the attendees are from all over the world. We have used Giftbasketsoverseas to order and deliver gift baskets to all of our delegates attending the conference. Because we are all over the world, it removes the burden of us having to find gift companies all over the world. We simply send everything to Giftbasketsoverseas, sorted by country, and they do the rest.
The communication is outstanding, and they keep us informed on all deliveries. If the address is incorrect or missing information, they come back to us to provide them the additional information.
Mariana Pereira is who we usually work with, and she is fantastic. However, if she is not available, someone else jumps in and keeps the orders flowing. We will definitely continue using Giftbasketsoverseas for our business gifts.

Outstandingly good service that exceeded my expectations! I wanted a basket delivered to my son in São Paulo, Brazil, and had no idea where to start to find an authentic and professional service. After looking at a couple of other operators that had very disappointing reviews, I found Giftbasketsoverseas, and all their previous reviews were very encouraging. I needed some help with my order, and got immediate and helpful support from the in-app chat. After placing my order, there was immediate, live order tracking that was very reassuring My gift basket was delivered right on time (in spite of it being a last-minute order), and my son tells me that everything was delicious. The overall experience is a 20 out 10. I wouldn't hesitate to order again, and recommend to anyone. Thanks heaps, guys ... you couldn't have done better, and I am very appreciative! <3

They were amazing to work with and made it easy to send corporate gifts to our overseas clients. The recipients were delighted by the gifts. Will definitely use them again and again.

I have ordered from Gift baskets overseas on quite a few occasions to send staff birthday gifts overseas. They are so helpful and professional and have always given me a 5 star customer experience. The communication is excellent and they update you on your order at each stage. Katharine, Marina, Amy and Zina were all so helpful especially when a few of the orders could not be delivered because of no one at the delivery address. They kept me informed and re delivered the orders. I will always order from
Gift baskets overseas as their service is first class. Thank you very much.

Working with Gift Baskets Overseas was an amazing experience! I had over 40 International team members to send gifts to that is not a small ask. When the gifts went out the communication about what was happening was helpful in easing my mind that all was in order. Mariana was helpful, patient and easy to work with - I will definitely come back for my next gifting event. Business contact for life! Thank you to the Gift Baskets Overseas team!

Thank you guys for your prompt service 🥂thank you for making it deliver on time and the product is same as I order !
Thanks a lot

I have not had any feedback yet from the recipients of the parcel so I cannot comment on the basket itself but the order was very easy to make, quick and professional response. I would recommend and will use this service again when the opportunity arises.

This was the first time using Gift Baskets Overseas and the customer service was exceptional. They kept me and the recipient updated with the delivery which I loved. The gifts were as described (maybe even better, they had personalized the card with a handwritten note), and me/recipient was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with their service. Will use their services in the future. Thank you.

great service. good products, a little pricey but definitely worth it Outstanding communication

Great service, beautiful basket and delivered on time from the US to Peru. Will use again!

This is the best service I ever came across. My friend lives in Russia and on her birthday I want to send gift, Giftbasketoverseas made it so simple and yet exclusive. It was delivered on the birthday, which I ordered only a day before. The Hand Written Birthday Card was exceptional even she was over the moon. No words can describe this excellent service. I highly recommend the service.

Answer all queries promptly, Look like they got a whole team of very efficient staff so no worries if you want to send in your order

This is not the first time I order a gift for my daughter. As always, everything went smoothly and efficiently.
The gift was delivered on time, I was informed about the delivery by e-mail. My daughter was pleased with the gift, and I am pleased with a job well done.

Professional and helpful staff with excellent customer service skills that keep you up to date with delivery progress.
I have been using this company for a number of years and I highly recommend them.

Thank you that companies like yours are working, making people closer to each other all over the planet. This is a great opportunity to make a cute souvenir for relatives and friends who are on the other side of the world.

Быстрая доставка и широкий выбор. Супер.

I first used giftbasketsoverseas in Dec 2021 and had a great experience. Hence, I used them again this year February. I specifically chose Martini Munchies because of the fleece blanket listed in the gift basket. However, the blanket was not sent to my friend. When I lodged complaints to them, I was given great customer service by Tanya Taylor. I also want to praise Amy Heize who was very patient with me when I vented my frustrations. They tried to make amends by offering to send chocolates to my friend but that box of chocolates did not arrive together with the blanket. It took a few more conversations with their customer service to have the chocolates finally sent to my friend. I know the fault is not on them but on their local partner. I will use their services again in the future because of their great customer service. They tried their very best to apologize to me and with that they deserve my praise.
