You promised as a thank you for switching broadband provider that a welcome gift would follow. Sure as eggs is eggs and without prompting my gift arrived and with multiple choices of gift vendor.

I would like to give giftcoloud a 5 star review as I ordered an internet package with Vodafone that included a bonus £100 gift vcard as a sign up bonus.
I somehow managed to miss the email with the details of the gift card and by the time I realised this the card had expired. I contacted Cielo in the support team and was issued a new gift card within the week.
I'm very happy with the help and speedy resolution to my problem.

Missing my £210 reward card for my order I placed for broadband and TV date ended 7th October for waiting period still no email with voucher .

the gift card was sent by Vodafone for having a new internet package

Small hiccup when trying to access tesco gift card so I sent in a complaint which was responded to almost immediately and I was able to acces the gift card without any trouble. There didn't seem to be any pdf so I couldn't print it out but it does say that it is a digital card so the option of a paper copy may not apply to every type of card (I think it may refer refer to this on the gift cloud website) I've reserved a five star stars rating until I've actually presented and used my card at tesco without any hassle!

Found it quite easy, but abit misleading,after 3-4 attempts, and contacting your help page, when back to the page to claim the gift, it just wanted my e-mail address, even though it was asking for my phone number, which it DID NOT need/want, so it worked by just the e-mail address, you shouldn't ask for the phone number if not actually required.

The giftcard was easy to download and retain.

Great service

I had an issue with a Vodafone broadband Amazon gift card because my original order had been cancelled and then renewed shortly afterwards due to an Openreach installation problem. This caused some confusion over the order references and whether the reward was still valid.

I contacted Giftcloud, explained what had happened, and provided the relevant order details. They looked into it and resolved the issue quickly, and the gift card was sorted out.

Very pleased with the way it was handled and the helpful support I received.

I couldnt access the gift card but the help team responded very quickly and sent another link which worked. Good customer service in my experience.

Very easy to change suppliers. Vodafone did all the work with no hassle. Great broadband package & huge bonus getting a gift card reward. Highly recommend .

So far Vodafone broadband has lived up to expectations. The £100 reward which i had forgotten about was a wonderful surprise.
