Pleased, but could be easier and quicker

I was not confident that I would receive my gift after switching because I have had trouble with these rewards before and the process for getting them seems very prescriptive. I was told it would take 4 months to come through so I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived after 2. I think the method of claiming could be less complicated and the waiting time shorter, but I am pleased with the outcome.

promotional voucher successfully received

I didn’t receive a promotional voucher from Sky - Giftcloud followed it up for me with Sky and my voucher was issued.
The only slight problem was that the gift card expired in 4 weeks so if I hadn’t checked on this it could have expired before I used it. This may be a Sky issue rather than Giftcloud

No response - scam

Signed up for Vodafone to get the gift voucher in August, it’s now April and I have received nothing. I submitted a ticket to giftcloud a month ago and had no response. It seems to be a scam unfortunately.

Giftcloud failed to provide gift card incentive

I took out a new broadband package through MSE with the incentive that giftcloud would provide a £130 gift card. I never received this incentive even after waiting the mandatory 120 day waiting period, I then tried to get in contact with them and again received no response. Giftcloud have failed to honour their sign up incentive and failing to provide an explanation to why this is the case.

I will not be taking out any other packages which are incentivised by a reward from giftcloud as they fail to honour their end of the deal.

AVOID DEALING WITH GIFTCLOUD!

Gift Cloud & Vodaphone totally incompetent

Was promised last Friday on Trustpilot ‘I would receive my £125 re Vodaphone Broadband promotion within 24 hours’….
I wasn’t shocked to see - I didn’t!
The reply from them was in response to my review of both of them & Vodaphone citing total incompetence & breach of contract & after copious emails sent to them, met with auto replies ! - (In short i was & continue to be ignored) Vodaphone told me last Friday i had indeed met my contractual terms & should have received my gift card -
but when prompted to carry out further diligence on my behalf (after a 40 min’ experience with their online agents (re Vodaphone) & 20 min’s with an agent on the phone) - All they could offer was ‘email Gift cloud’ 🤦🏻‍♂️
Both companies are totally incompetent!
Vodaphone do everything to avoid getting involved re their idiotic AI Bot but are very good at comm’s when getting you to sign up re Broadband.
Vodaphone & Gift Cloud this is FORMAL notice my next steps are legal re ‘Breach Of Contract’ - I have already contacted Trading Standards - Even 1* is generous
My miserable experience leads me to tell all prospective Vodaphone Gift Card Marketing (Promises) Customers….
Be warned - Once you sign the deal you are then thrown into the arms of a incompetent 3rd party agency & if you have a problem Vodaphone will not get involved ~ they will not act on your behalf - They have a ✍️ contract & that in my experience is all that matters to them. If you doubt this - please look up my previous Trustpilot reviews on this subject in the last week.Maybe ask Vodaphone “Now that i have agreed to sign with a Gift Card offer, email me the exact! date i will receive my Gift Card when i honour my contractual commitment before i sign”
Get it in writing ✍️ ……

Chasing for weeks with no reply

I signed up to Vodafone broadband because there was a £125 voucher available through Giftcloud. The waiting period has now passed, but I still haven’t received the voucher.

I first contacted Giftcloud about this on 01/04 and have sent multiple follow-up emails since, but I’ve had no reply. It’s really disappointing, especially as the voucher was a big part of the reason for choosing the offer in the first place.

At this point, the lack of communication is just as bad as the missing reward. I’m leaving this review because it seems to be the only way to get a response.

Would not recommend based on my experience so far.

Having the most awful frustrating…

Having the most awful frustrating experience with this company . After being offered a gift card of £165 back in January to sign up with vodaphone . Haven't recieved the gift card and now the 120 days is almost up .after contacting the support team and a ticket made and told would be contacted within 48 hours only be ignored and the hassle of trying to get a reply from this company is horrendous still haven't had my gift card and on last attempt was just told a ticket had been made again and this a different number . Just seem to be fobbing people off ignoring them appalling customer service . No contact tonumbers only emails can someone from this company please get in touch and resolve this problem

As you purchased the service at the end of January we haven't received feedback from Vodafone on your eligibility yet.

Providing you purchase tracked correctly and you are still a Vodafone customer then we should hear from them towards the end of May.

UTTERLY SHOCKING

Utterly shocking! It has been over 150 days since my purchase and yet to receive a voucher! I have submitted REQUEST after REQUEST and they simply mark it as 'solved' without any comms. or information! If in doubt, avoid using Giftcloud!

4 months later after the stated 120 days and still nothing :(

Joined Vodafone in November and qualified for the £140 gift card but never received it . Have submitted 2 tickets and multiple follow ups asking even for an update but still nothing .

Yet another Gift Card not received

Signed up to ID Mobile with promise of £45 Gift Card within 120 days of purchase. This has came and went. Followed the instructions to get the Gift Card to the letter at time of purchase. Emailed Gift Cloud several times through the link given and get the same automated response- and no further replies. It's been a month since I first chased this up. Disgraceful company that will be reported. Only took out the ID Mobile Sim to get the gift card as there are other cheaper options out there.

Promised to fix the problem but nothing happened

Tried to contact giftcloud by email about my Vodafone (on 9th) broadband problem. No one cared. After a week I left a review here where giftcloud responds was they need a bit more details. Once I gave them they updated they reply to confirming they will email the voucher in 24 hours. Well that one was more than 96 hours ago.

I did updated my review as well after 2 day to let them know still nothing but probably that notification been missed.
So here I’m again. I give 2 stars as they “tried” and contacted me,but the original problem still there.
Once it’s sorted I can give 5stars as well.

Terrible company that doesn't honour the campaigns it runs and ignore all communications. When 50% of your reviews are sitting at 1 star that says a lot about you.

My wife (who works for the NHS) ordered a phone via blue light link for carphone warehouse where you get £80 Amazon voucher via giftcloud back in January 2026. She got all confirmation emails for the voucher but still yet to receive it.

Initial email said 60 days and it’s now been over 90 days. Their communication is Non Existent. She has had NO responses to the two tickets raised and multiple follow up emails.

Disgusting company with how they are treating NHS staff orders with ZERO customer service support. Giving 1 star as Trustpilot doesnt allow 0 stars! Frankly they deserve minus 5 stars...

Problem resolved with informative updates.

After waiting 6 months for my gift card I contacted gift cloud. I gave them all the information and they kept me updated all the way through the process as they try to find what had happened to it (a £70 Amazon gift card). I received weekly, if not, fortnightly updates telling me the process was still being looked into and eventually was resolved. All communication was polite and informative. Thank you very much for resolving my problem.

Owed a voucher from them

Owed a voucher from them. Waited 120 days as instructed and then submit a claim to ask where it was. Given the line that they'll respond in 48 hours. That was 3 weeks ago. They ignore emails to the only address I've been able to find. Their FAQs only tell you to submit another claim. Appalling. It feels like a case of false advertising and they are just hoping their 'customers' get bored chasing them.

Very unhappy customer

I signed up to Vodafone broadband with a £150 gift card offer in November 2025. After the 120 days had elapsed I enquired regarding my missing gift card (ticket 640241) but received no response. I have made 2 further attempts since but still nothing. Really poor service. Will raise with Vodafone now as this is totally unacceptable.

Totally unbelievable

I should have received my £25 TSB Amazon voucher by 22 March, yet despite raising a ticket with the company, I have been fobbed off with the excuse ‘we’re really busy and hope to get back to you in 48 hours’. That was over 3 weeks ago. Totally untrustworthy . I completed everything that was asked of me yet Giftcloud have let me down. Bitterly disappointed. PLEASE redeem yourselves and send me my voucher.
