What a great experience, other insurances were far more expensive and harsh when you disclosed a medical condition, Insureandgo were fair and did not discriminate me.

I had an £80 Marks and Spencer voucher from Sky!
When i came to use it i couldn’t see the 19 numbers needed so i got in touch with Giftcloud!
I explained my problem and within a day i received a response with details of how to use the voucher!
It worked immediately so i was over the moon!

Fulfilled but took 11 months...
We bought three mobile contracts in December last year for our three boys. Two of the gift/rewards were paid as expected. It took 11 months of chasing to get the third. Which I finally received but it took a lot of emailing. But essentially we did get all three gifts, just not the best experience for the third

Eventually, the link for help did and the service then was excellent! Response was very quick and the link sent worked perfectly allowing me to choose my reward, which I then managed to load onto my Amazon account and spend! Thank you Giftcloud customer service team - great job!

The Gift Voucher Does Not Exist
I recieved £15 from Money Super Market for taking out a home insurance policy, redeeming that £15 gift card through Gift Cloud is impossible.
Despite multiple of attempts of redeeming, and a string or messages from their next to useless customer service and redirections to 'call' third party companies in America, I had to give up, this had already cost me hours of my finite lifespan.
This is basically a scam. They will make it impossible to redeem and then keep the money meant for you.
