Purchasing a PC from Gladiator was a pleasant experience for me. It did arrive in the timeframe stated however I wasn't updated on what stages my PC build was in as stated, I had to reach out to customer service to receive that information but doing so was quick and easy. I had an issue That the delivery driver dropped off the wrong parcel instead of my PC (which isn't Gladiators fault) but contacting Gladiator straight away the issue was resolved in half an hour and I had my new PC up and running.

One slight negative is the lack of an exhaust fan at the back of the PC only 3 intake fans at the front and then the radiator at the top, The PC doesn't need it but for the money I spent it would of been nice and it would have gave the PC a more premium look and feel to it.

Bought a gaming computer for my eldest son. There's a wide range of computers on the web site and it was really easy to choose and make changes to the spec, even as someone who knows not a lot about computing.
The computer was delivered quickly, no issues, it was packaged well and really easy to set up. It appears to be really good quality and my son was really happy.
I was so happy with it that when my youngest son wanted a PC, I bought a second computer from Gladiator for him too.
I had a question about the second computer, so phoned them up and spoke to someone immediately who was very helpful.
We have been really happy with the computers, the quality, the price and the service.
I highly recommend Gladiator PC's.

From start to finish these guys did a fantastic job.

I ordered my PC, and upon contacting them to order faster delivery they informed me I actually spent too much on my NVMe SSD's. They worked with me to reconfigure my PC, replacing everything about the build, to help me get the most for the money I already spent, though they were willing to just refund me!

The staff are extremely knowledgeable. They were able to help me choose a PC with less RGB, bigger fans, more USB-C and without over speccing parts where unnecessary!

The build quality is always stunning by them, the computer is very well cable managed, worked out of the box, and damn it even SMELLS nice.

And the build time? Even though I didn't order express build until two days *after* the purchase, and I purchased it just before a weekend *AND* I literally changed my whole mind half way through the time to components they didn't have in stock they STILL delivered it in the express build windows as if I ordered it from day 1!

Every time I use gladiator they do better and better. Beyond impressed right now.

Ordering was straight forward, provided you knew what you wanted. Build quality great. Clearer information as to where the packaging was that needed to be removed, this involved opening the computer to find it. I had to request the email updates as they were not sent as promised, also the tracking information was not sent although the carrier did send delivery information.

Very happy with the computer as it runs perfectly with no issues and it’s stunning to look at.

Overall the The PC is to a high standard, I am very happy with the work done! There was some minor issues which I will adress later but the main letdown was communication. I ordered on 05/02/24 and received an automated confirmation. The website said a 7-10 day turnaround, which was fine. However, for the first 7 working days, I received no updates. After contacting customer support, I was informed that my PC would be shipped by the middle of the next week.

Despite delays being acceptable, I shouldn't have had to reach out for updates, especially considering the late status. The status updates I did receive were confusing, stating conflicting information about the progress of my order. I didn't actually get one to say the build had started either.

I felt left in the dark as a customer, unsure of when my PC would be ready. After expressing my frustration via email, the PC was built and delivered the next morning, although this may have been coincidental timing. While I appreciate the prompt response, the lack of communication was disappointing.

Changing the turnaround time on the website or improving communication to keep customers informed about delays and progress would be great. Despite the issues, I would have rated the experience four stars.

However, the loose power button connector on the motherboard caused a scare upon arrival, I had to open the PC and reseat it. Additionally, the fans being plugged directly into the power supply results in them running at full speed all the time (quite loud), with no option to adjust speed or control RGB functions. This issue could have been avoided with better research on my part regarding the components included with the case.

Overall a good experience, let down by communication that could have been better. Firstly and most importantly the PC seems well built and it's working very well and I consider it to be good value for money. I understood build time to be 7-10 working days as per their website which is reasonable unless they are busy then this might be longer. I emailed them about a week after I sent in the order just to enquire about their schedule and busyness and was told my order was on track and on time. I hadn't had any update. Fast forward another week, I still haven't heard anything so I enquire again and suddenly they tell me they are busy and orders are behind. I Understand delays, but suddenly from the time my order came in, it would have be nice to have more of an update without me making my own enquires. Fast forward 1 more week and my order arrived, safely (luckily as DPD dumped it down like a sack of potatoes). I'd recommend ordering the more speedy build time if you want to have it quicker but also consider if that's still good value or not.

The part selection process was simple, the PC is working fine so far. This is my second PC from them, so I can say with some certainty they can put them together pretty well.
My complaint would be that they didn't start on the computer till a working day or 2 after the deadline had already passed. Things went fast after that.

I also paid for early weekday delivery, which may or may not have been forgotten as I was subject to the whims of random delivery times. All I know is they used DPD who are terrible in my area, so I can't exactly put that on Gladiator.

Gladiator PC were really helpful. I emailed to customer service and got great feedback on the best PC for my price range as well as the best amendments to make for my situation. Then once the order was placed I was kept up to date on the progress at a busy time of year and they shipped it next day to arrive before Christmas. Just perfect service all the way through. Couldn't ask for more.

I bought a Gladiator PC from Aria about 8yrs ago and it's been good. So I spent time studying their website and reviews and chose what I wanted. As it was close to a standard PC I decided not to customise it in case delivery took longer. I phoned to make sure it was right then placed the order in late November 2023. It took about 10 days to arrive and 3 emails arrived with status around day 7. The last one said it was in packing but they process them in batches so it was another 3 days before shipping. No worries it arrived overnight in the 1 hour time slot with DPD who have a good delivery app. Gladiator are also known as Punch now so the big box said Punch Cougar which was a bit confusing as Punch and Cougar weren't names I recognised, but it was what I ordered. Punch have taken over Gladiator it seems and use a parallel website. It works great and it a substantial beast. It was operating almost immediately. Although I'm still deciding how I want to organise the drives. No problems.

Received my PC back in July and have been enjoying it ever since. Its performance is amazing.
Gladiator provided great customer service when I decided I wanted to upgrade to the faster build time, they were very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend to use them!

I've now had two computers off of Gladiator in the last few years - service and build have been excellent - I am very impressed with this Company.

Several of the computer hardware parts stopped working - no response from Gladiator PC for the past 2 weeks.

Suddenly the computers hardware components dissapeared from the settings list. Tried several repair solutions from the internet that did not work at all.

I reached out to Gladiator PC for a call back or email back. Been waiting for weeks with no response.

UPDATE - Gladiator PC team has called me since and provided me with a prompt solution.

absolute best team to have a pre or custom build love my new flight sim system thank you guys and I will be using again and would advise you try these guys before anyone else
