Gladiator PC Reviews 

Having purchased my last pre built computer from Gladiator over 10 years ago I had no reason to go elsewhere. Their range and choice of specs / prices allows you to get the PC that you want. This time I went for a "Striker" - my first gaming PC that I haven't built myself. Gladiators purchasing system is easy to use. Select your spec (or price range) then tweak the spec as I did. Payment took minutes. From that point I received an email daily (except Sat/Sun) giving progress reports and delivery was on the nail for time/date. As for the PC itself - superb piece of kit - well built. Having built/purchased PC's since 1990's I know what I am talking about. I tested this machine for half a day using 3DMark which is a real workout. The PC passed with flying colours. So Gladiator get my 5 stars and this long winded recommendation

Communication about my PC build was spotty - I ordered a PC on Saturday and it was radio silence the entire following week, only to get a deluge of progress emails the 2nd week. This was probably their internal processes, but it was a little disheartening and anxiety-inducing to have nothing for so long.

Aside from that, absolutely no problems. When things started moving, they moved at a brisk pace and my gaming PC (I brought the Wraith with some modifications) was delivered safely and has been purring away perfectly! Very neat cable management inside the case too, even though I hadn't paid for the service.

Highly recommended by my gaming friends, and now by me! Just be aware that communication might not be as regular as their site claims, though it will be done.

Great customer service, and the delivery was remarkably fast! I appreciate their flexibility in allowing me to make changes to my order during processing, and I still received it the following week. The case was well-packaged and secure.

When I phoned the technicians talked me through the build I had chosen and all the minor details, the pc arrived really well packaged and was immediately ready to go! I couldn't be happier.

The Paradigm variation I have is very good, quick to startup and function. It would have been nice to have a bit more information with respect to the location of the Windows Registration, but that was quickly forthcoming after an inquiry to services. Help received to finalise my bespoke elements was prompt and to the point and I appear to have exactly what I wanted.
The build was completed in good time and, as always, I admire the neatness of the wiring - well done.
The tedious bit about a new computer is transferring what you do want without what you don't want, and that was nothing to do with Gladiator. However I've got most things in place after two weeks and am happy with the outcome.
We've used them before and would use them again.

My Gladiator Pulse Gaming PC has become so bad after 11 months that I have had to buy an Xbox Series X just to run Forza Motorsport 23. Have to fix it everyday, several times a day. As a PC it is okay, as a Gaming PC it is total junk.

Great service from Gladiator, i didn't get chance to try my pc for 4 weeks due to holidays, but having now used it, it is excellent. Help was brilliant, especially Daniel, thanks again Daniel. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys, especially if you want a bespoke system, they will always point you in the right direction and more than likely save you money ! Well done Gladiator

Build wasn't bad but the service quality and delivery time was pretty bad. Had to wait for about 3ish weeks for the actual PC and it was only some building by the 2nd week even though the website said 7-12 days. The emails I was getting about the build process didn't line up with what the website told me either

The build works great and looks great. I'm fairly new to the PC gaming world but the site made it easy to purchase.

Lovely build quality and great communication with sales team with product specific questions. Arrived within schedule and perfectly packed. From placing the order to delivery was 11 working days, one day before schedule and in time for the weekend - this is a bespoke made to order item, it takes time. Would buy from again and recommend.

Incredibly happy with my new PC from Gladiator - Amazing build quality and so easy to setup, I was pretty much ready to go within 10 minutes of the machine being out of the box.

My delivery time took a while longer than expected but I emailed Gladiator and they responded very quickly to let me know they have an influx of orders which of course was fine.

I would definitely recommend using Gladiator if you're considering purchasing a new PC and I certainly will use them again in the future

Absolutely love my new gaming PC! I changed my mind on a few of the parts after ordering and the team were really helpful and understanding, it was such a fast build and shipped very quickly too. DPD messed me around on delivery which was disappointing, but i understand that this has nothing to do with Gladiators. Overall very happy to have my first ever gaming computer and would recommend to anyone looking to invest in a PC

PC was quick to be built and shipped to me but dropped a star as i was sent the incorrect time of delivery and had to leave work halfway through my day to accept the delivery.

Also paid for LED lights to be added to my PC, but where they were fitted, you cannot see them so i will have to refit them myself.

Took a little longer than expected, but new PC arrived and was simply a case of remove packaging and plug it in. Couldn't be easier and they've done a really good job of cable management/presentation.

So far I have been having a blast with my new PC. It came neatly packaged and fairly easy to hook up and get started! The ONLY problem I noticed in the first few days playing with the system is that I could hear my hardware making a buzzing/wirling sound which came and went, I dismissed it as leaving my system on contiuously over a few days and it just needed to shutdown for a bit. So far I have not heard it since, regardless very happy with the PC!
