Gladiator PC Reviews 

Been lurking on Gladiator wesbite for a year and finally pulled trigger on new PC. Service was great and the PC is superb. Good advice re changing components such as power supply and avoiding bottle necks.

We bought a gaming PC for my Grandson and he loves it. slightly daunting to set up but once we realised we did no need to use all the leads sent we got it working quite quickly.

Pc arrived within the specified time and the email updates were great. Customer service was quick to respond when I had a question and very polite and helpful. 5/5

I have ordered my third PC from Gladiator in nine years and my expectations were exceeded again. I customised my PC from one of the preconfigured systems on their site as my budget was much greater this time around.

The process for applying for finance (PayPal) was very easy and informative. Once I placed my order I was notified of the build progress by email, and before I knew it my system was dispatched before it was expected to be complete.

The delivery was brilliant, arrived by courier upon a pallet and it was very well packaged. Setting up my new PC was very staightforward and Gladiator definitely excelled themselves, expertley assembled, very tidy cable management, and it looks exactly how I pictured it.

Top marks for the team at Gladiator, and I'll continue to recommend them for the best quality prebuild PC's out there!

Fast easy, kept me upto date on the progress

They didn't have the original case I wanted in stock. However, they did find me another one that was in stock that was very similar to the original one I wanted that they managed to show me through email and correct the order with that one. Very quick response and very honest answers and they let me have the option to either wait for the case I wanted or go for the recommended one which was lovely. The PC it's self runs beautiful and I love it, so happy with it. Lovely service, quick and easy to understand.

I will say this, It will take a while, but you get a kick A** system built to your spec like mine.
I Had a Budget in my mind and with a few tweeks i got what i asked for and More, I know it aint the latest and greatest but its what i asked for.

Amazing there was an issue with a power lead but as soon as I emailed them they where in touch and sent me a one out fast response and the pc is amazing fast and good for my university work

Gladiator sent me exactly what I ordered with no fuss or drama. The build was great, I'd highly recommend the cable management option. Nice and tidy.

Have had computers before from Gladiator. Installed my SSD`s in the case, and as expected, a solid clean build and good cable management. I changed nearly all the components from the stock build and it was all installed correctly. Would use again.

I can't praise them enough. I contacted 4 different PC building companies in the north west area with an outline of my requirements but with wiggle room for recommendations. Two never replied. One came back to me and was very dismissive and patronising and tried to sell me a pre-build that had nothing I wanted. Gladiator not only responded promptly but with a great list of component options at a good price and talked me through the pros and cons of each. I ended up with a fantastic, super quiet, attractive, well built and super quick PC and after 18months of owning it I can say that it still runs beautifully with minimal maintenance. Shout out to Jamie (if still about) for making the whole process so easy.

Reply to emails and just good in general and good prices

Company did well but the computer wasn't set up properly and the delivery came in two different days..

I first tried Gladiator PCs after a deal that I saw on a FrankieonPC's video back in 2016 and for seven years I've never had a hardware issue with it. They sent me emails keep me up to date on what was happening on the computer, and even sent a picture of a staff member working on said computer, Even got a packet of Haribos from it.

And after I outgrown that computer, I ordered my newest PC and so far I've not had a single issue, still kept me up to date with the building process. No packet of Haribo this time but I'll let that slide.
