Great value. Having searched a number of websites, Buzzvault was the most competitive. I particularly like the idea of a video of your valuables and contents so that in the unfortunate instance of having to make a claim it would be straightforward to get the claim authorised.

I clicked on their website wanting a reliable and cheap home insurance quote. I was happy with the amount of cover as well!
When i was requested to do a video call home survey it went very well! the person I spoke to on the phone was really nice!
I would definitely recommend this!

Great experience setting up my contents insurance, reminded me of things I forgot mention like furniture, and even my phone that I was calling on! Explained what I needed to do if I wanted to add anything on at a later date too. hopefully will never have to claim but hope the experience will be just as professional as setting up!

I've found buzzvault to be a very good company so far.
I took out a years house insurance with them with a refer a friend link and have gotten £70 of insurance for free!
Can't do better than that.

What initially caught my eye was the cash back return. Then when applying found the company to be very thorough in their explanations, also professional and efficient. All this and cash back as a bonus.

So far so good. Not had to make claim but hopefully I won't have to! The quotation system is very straightforward and the live chat agent (Sabrina) was fantastic.

I didn't understand why i needed to have a video call, lady on the phone explained it was a must, but as i'm a busy full time mum & part time bus driver, i didn't have alot of spare time, i have now we are on lockdown & i'm on furlough.
I sent in video's of all my rooms in my home instead, i hope this was enough & that i have home insurance with BuzzVault that needs to start 1st April.
Confirmation would be nice please.

So far, so good. These guys provided the lowest quote I could find, so naturally I was a little suspicious as to how. They're new so jostling for a market share I guess, and selling themselves on their simple video call itemising process. It took Sabrina and I around 35 minutes to log our items. She was polite, friendly and professional and made the whole thing a piece of cake.

Was a little concerned as a brand new concept but the video was painless so, so far so good. Looking forward to the cash back scheme too!!! Great price folks!!
