It's been a wonderful experience an a great help from all the team at buzzvault very helpful I'm really pleased with all the people at buzzvault who I have spoken to I would recommend all of the people who are looking for a house and contents insurance to go with buzzvault you'll never go wrong thank you.

Great Service, professional and very easy to set up!

I have ordered the insurance for our home and I think its a great idea to have a video of the items of worth in your home.
This ensures there is no grey area if the worst was ever to happen!
Running through the video call, the adviser was brilliant, reminded me about half the things I had forgotten to list (things like, have you got any smart watches, what is the phone were talking on now?)
Happy to recommend, I would pop round the mother in laws to help her set it up, but with Covid19 I cant leave the house!
But cant take anything away from Buzzvault, brilliant every step of the way

Excellent renewal process, easy, transparent, and very good rates.

Really easy to set-up. The app works really good and it's easy to add things to your policy after you have set it up, even expensive things that you can pay a little more for.
Video call was very simple, efficient and staff were friendly and informative. Seems like a very simple business idea and it's well run, and it's cheaper than all the alternatives that I came across

Easy to talk to on the phone with great options for getting things back e.g. vouchers.

so far so good, hopefully claiming will be as easy as registering - if required

Great service so far, had a problem with the policy at first but went online and used the chat function within seconds someone answered
and sorted out the problem they even emailed me a transcript of the conversation for reassurance.10/10 buzzvault

Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced. Rapid responses which go above and beyond to answer questions and provide support. Every part of the signing up process was simple. I can't comment on claim handling, but everything else has been wonderful.

10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Quick and easy to get a quote, was a bit concerned about video call but it was very easy and gives you peace of mind that everything all your goods are covered by the video .Obviously cant comment with regards to how good when making a claim.

Also a flexible approach too where you can chose to add things as you acquire new stuff or decide to no longer cover items, using your phone camera. Costs can be kept low and this is reflected in the low premiums. A first of its kind app designed for our app based world by professional, friendly people.
