only just set up, seems a really good choice as u get to create a vault of all your possessions so no need for receipts or hassle in the event of a claim, also very well priced compaired to other insurance companies.

The video call process is interesting - relatively pleasant to run through and not too time consuming.

These 3 words describe my experience with buzzvault, it was EASY to get my quote, FAST to get my insurance set up and the app is IMPRESSIVE to make sure I protect what is valuable and important to me without worrying that the insurance company wont believe what I have as you can take pictures of items/receipts to prove what you have to make the claim process easier, fingers crossed I don’t ever have to claim.

This is our first time getting home / contents insurance. The whole process was very easy and well explained. The video call was simple and straight forward and makes sense having a inventory of all your higher value items! Can’t comment on the claims process but the policy itself seems great and buying the policy was simple and easy with plenty of help available if needed. Also very well priced in comparison to other sites. Will definitely be recommending them.
