The video call is a good idea to make sure you have the right level of cover and to ask any questions but the app isn’t updating my vault and to be honest I’m not really sure what I’m covered for. Very affordable though and good deals through cashback sites

Increased from 3 to 4 stars. Someone called me from buzzvault to tell me the app is currently undergoing maintenance so isn’t available so they talked me through how to add things to my vault without it. Still not 5 stars because I’d like to use the app.

I've been looking for a new home insurance for a little bit now as my old one ended and I wasnt too sure on who to go with.
I came across buzzvault insurance and thought it seemed really good, I read reviews and they were good to so I thought I would give them a go.
I joined and then needed help with something so I spoke to someone on the online chat and they were amazing and got it sorted straight away for me which is brilliant.
I would 100% recommend, good company so far, good customer service and very quick with anything you need help with.

I had put off getting contents insurance since moving into my new property, I had begun with other companies but the arduous task of the application form was so off putting that I didn't end up taking out a policy.
I saw Buzzvault advertised, and gave it a go due to the brags of how simple it was, I gave it a go with nothing to lose. Before I knew it I had taken out a policy in 15 minutes.
I was really anxious about the associated video call, however it was over so quickly and I was instantly put at ease by the lovely Ian who conducted the video call, it took 5 minutes and my policy was complete. I am able to add new items to my policy with ease with the app that is easy and I even pop in proof of purchase or any insurance etc. Overall such an easy process, will recommend it to everyone in need of contents insurance!

Buzzvault was extremely easy to set up and I had no issues insuring older items which I had found was a problem with other insurance companies. The video chat was very easy to set up and caused no problems. The whole process was extremely quick and simple and I would recommend this to other students.

I was really surprised how easy it all was to insure my home and contents. The video call was quick and easy and I can upload items anytime to my vault.

Quality service, spoke to a top lad called Steve who booked my appointment for my video call which was made around my worklife. Great company 100% recommend.
