Great Idea but doesn’t actually work
I really wanted to love this item and nearly bought two when first purchasing as I thought would be better value because of the extortionate shipping costs. I so glad I didn’t. Yes it charges your standard phone, iPad and kindle but I’ve found that’s about it. I wear hearing aids and an Oura ring and it won’t charge them. Both use a usb c input so have tried with the integrated usb c cable, a usb a to c cable and a c to c cable in the two different ports. I then spent money buying different cables to try out. Nothing works. I then found when travelling with my daughter that it won’t charge up her portable charger. It really as good a useless if it won’t charge everything I need when travelling so am going to have to start again a look for something else. I wouldn’t recommend it

First, we actually offer free shipping, so there’s no extra charge (or “extortionate costs”) to factor in at checkout.
In terms of compatibility: you're absolutely right that it charges phones, iPads, and Kindles — which is exactly what most of our customers use it for while travelling. Devices like the Oura Ring and some hearing aids can be more complex. Some brands intentionally design their devices to only work with their own proprietary chargers, which can prevent them from working with even the correct cable. It's frustrating, but unfortunately that’s a limitation set by those manufacturers.
That said, many hearing aids do work with our charger, so it could be an issue specific to your brand or model.
Regarding your daughter’s power bank — power banks aren’t designed to charge other power banks. This is standard across the industry, as batteries aren't intended to charge other batteries.
We try to be transparent about what our product is built to do — and as you mentioned, it does work well with most mainstream devices. We always appreciate feedback and will continue working to make things even clearer on our product page.
Just a kind reminder: we offer a 50-day trial period so customers can test the product with all their devices. I had a look at your order and saw that your first message came through 7 months after purchase, which is unfortunately well outside the return window.

Lifesaver for Travel, But Battery Could Be Stronger.
I’m really happy with my purchase of the GoDashed Power Bank! I recently traveled to Hong Kong and was relieved that it came with a multi-plug adapter — it worked perfectly with the different outlets there. I also used it in the Philippines, even though all my adapters are NZ-style, so that was a big plus.
What I love most is how compact and convenient it is. You can charge all your gadgets at the same time—just plug it directly into the outlet and you’re good to go!
My only wish is that it had a longer battery life so I could fully charge both my iPhone and iPad without running low. But overall, it’s still one of the best power banks I’ve used, especially for travel.

I love the product - comms could be quicker

Everything in one place
It’s so easy to use. I haven’t tried it on overseas travel yet but having tried it out in so many different situations I am positive it’s going to be everything it is advertised to be. It's heavier than I would have liked but worth it for all the cords and plugs I won’t need for different countries. I have an Apple Watch, AirPods, iPhone & a computer so that is a lot of connections needed. Everything is in one place

BUYER BEWARE...
BEWARE... Horrible Customer Service, received a 4 in 1 base charger and the main phone pod does not work or charge. I have been trying to contact them via email and phone for a week with no response. I initiated a return and the return label is to New Zealand, from Canada would cost 2x what the charger cost. They say they have warehouses in Canada yet the return is only for New Zealand. You roll the dice with this company and if you have a problem with your charger you're out of luck.

To clarify a few points for future customers: the item you purchased was fulfilled from our international warehouse (as advertised), which is why the return is directed to our international warehouse address. We do offer Canadian returns for items fulfilled from our local warehouses, but this particular product isn’t currently stocked in Canada.
In terms of return shipping costs: while international shipping can vary, we’ve just checked the Canada Post website and found options that are reasonably priced and certainly not "twice the price of the product" as suggested. In fact, they are no where near what you paid. Many of our customers from Canada have successfully returned items without any issues, it just pays to shop around and do a little research.
We always strive to provide a great experience, and I understand it’s frustrating when things go wrong. We wish you well.
