Works great! Exactly what I expected!

Don’t buy if you live in the Uk!
Bought the product but want to return it as it does not fit our needs!
Because they are based in New Zealand there is a big shipping cost to return it (approx 50% of purchase price) which is non refundable.
However we are prevented from even doing this because the shipping requires the recipient tax code and they won’t give it to us despite contacting them on a number of occasions. We’ve explained to them it’s a mandatory requirement but they refuse to help so we are stuck.

Very professional. Did not let Canada Post strike prevent me from receiving my product before Christmas. The company Took alternative measures to ensure top customer service met!

Great products they arrived just in time for my trip overseas

We had a terrible customer service and product experience. The company didn't keep us updated on shipping times. After weeks of not receiving the product, we followed up with them, and only after that was it shipped. When it arrived, the box had been tampered with and the seal was broken. When we queried this, Dylan and Rio in Customer Service explained they do a quality check on 1 box in every batch. I'm disappointed the team did not reseal the box after this check, especially around Christmastime when it's highly likely the product is a gift. It seems very unprofessional. I would suggest that the quality check be noted electronically in future, rather than leaving an unsealed box in the batch. Furthermore, Customer Service were incredibly unsympathetic and it didn't sound like their processes are going to be reviewed following our feedback. Due to the shipping delays, poor communication and tampered packaging, I would NOT recommend purchasing this product.

Their tracking said the package was delivered but I never received. I emailed them and no reply for more than two days. So I contacted my credit card to see what they could do. My cc reimbursed my payment right away. I'm glad they did. And then finally this caught "Go Dashed" attention. They sent me a nasty email saying I did not give them time to investigate. Hello...i gave you more than 2 days and they did not reply. If they even say they are investigating it, I will take that too. But NO REPLY for more than two days and now they send me such a "UNPROFESSIONAL & NASTY" email pretty much yelling at me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND. THERE ARE MANY SIMILAR PRODUCTS OUT THERE. BUY SOMETHING WITH BETTER SERVICE IN CASE YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE PARTS.

Neat apparatus. Did not realize adapters ONLY fit on the Godash...do not work as an adapter for other appliances. Got to Europe and had to buy a general adapter for straightener.

Great charging facility for on the go and when you have limited access to mains power!

So far so good. Just getting used to it prior to travel. Works well.

Although I have not yet travelled with my charger I have used it at home and it does everything as advertised. Small and compact, yet powerful, I am looking forward to using it in Australia soon. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and would hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

This will charge all of the items I take when travelling it has an excellent selection of connectors & charges quickly. Everything stores nicely into the solid case. I did have difficulty in tracking my order but after sending an email & a quick response my travel pod was delivered within 11 days after placing the order.

Just got back from my first trip with my new Godashed charger and I don't know how I survived in the past without one! A definite piece of equipment for every traveller.

Ordering from Dashed was very easy - website easy to navigate and choose what I wanted. I will use the universal charger on my trip to USA later this year but I've already tried out the different plugs, charging cables and wireless charging and it works a treat. Great that it has its own case too so it keeps it protected. Great service from ordering to delivery.

16 days after I ordered the product and the tracking app tells me that my product is still in Hong Kong. Not entirely sure how they are going to deliver it to me within the 15 business days they promise.

Reading the reviews on this app, I’m beginning to think I’ve been scammed.

I ordered a Go Dash for an upcoming trip to Africa. It arrived quickly and it is amazing! So many options for charging my earbuds and iPhone. One of the plugs was broken, and they responded and are sending me an entirely new unit and I will keep the other one. Thanks Go Dash!!!

I ordered my go dashed and it arrived within a week, very fast . I haven’t had a chance to use it yet as I’m not going away for another month . But I can’t wait to try it out !
