Ordered June 8, 2023 for travel to Europe on July 8, 2023. Tracking updated June 13, 2023 indicating my order is enroute to Canada. July 1, 2023 tracking continues to say the same. I was forced to equip myself with something else for fear of not having a portable charger at all. I no longer need the goDashed product if ever I do receive it. Have been told by the company I cannot cancel an order that is already enroute but their ‘mammoth 50’ day return policy would allow me plenty of time to return my order. Their order confirmation email indicates shipment to North America was 4-15 business days. I DO NOT want nor feel it is my responsibility to pay return shipment fees on a ‘contract’ they could not fulfill.
CANNOT recommend this company.

Lovely company to deal with...they were all super friendly and the product I received works wonders. Has made my O.E so much easier and stress free. Couldn't recommend GoDashed more!

I'm pretty sure this company is a scam. I ordered my travelpod 32 days ago and still nothing. I have reached out to their customer service and they were "researching" it. The message I got a day or so after ordering said my item had shipped. Here 32 days later, their "tracker" says about 8 times that the item entered their warehouse in Shenzen China. 3 of the messages are in Chinese which I don't read. After 2 days of no follow up, I messaged back for an ETA and told them that I wanted a refund because they still have no ETA and I am extremely skepical that I will even receive the item before my trip. Now I'm being told it's held up in UW customs for almost a week and they still have no ETA for delivery and apologized for the "slight" delay. There are no reviews online and the only reviews are on their website which, now that I have read them, appear to be manufactured. They have multiple 5 star and a few lower stars but the lower stars all say the product is great and "look good in an office", but yet they rated the product only 2 stars....hmmmm. I read their return policy and they basically give themselves every out to not issue you a refund and basically say that your item will just disappear and you will not get a refund if you return it to the wrong address. Conveniently, they don't provide a return address, they just tell you not to return it to the return address on the shipping label. Oh....and the return address is in New Zealand so I can only imagine the astronomical cost it will be for us USA buyers to ship the product to New Zealand!!! And it's the return shipping is at the customers expense so basically, no one will end up returning because the cost to do so will be likely as much as the product and then they can just claim it went to the wrong address among their other laundry list of reasons they will deny your return, and they will just deny it. I asked about cancelling my order and getting a refund and they politely let me know that they do not allow cancellation of an order and if I want to return it I have to either pay for shipping to New Zealand or, possibly for a cheaper option, China. I have asked them at least 5 times to give me an ETA on when I will receive the item and they have never even acknowledged it, but did state that their delivery times are reasonable and they are sorry for he "mild inconvenience". My trip is in 2 days and I ordered and paid for this item over a month ago! Talk about terrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
