Interesting. I’m seeing good reviews but I’m having a bad one. I called to see why my package hasn’t sent yet since I paid for express shipping (1-3 day delivery) which was $20 extra and when I called, they said they didn’t have it in stock... Their business practices are crap. If it’s not in stock, change it. How are orders that get express shipping not prioritized, either?? That warehouse manager needs to get his practices together cause his employees pay for his mistakes.

They are very helpful, and have always honored their warranty. I am very satisfied by their customer service. only wish the products were a little more durable

Outstanding customer service. Had an issue so I contacted them. My issue was resolved with 24 hours of them being notified. Top notch products with top notch customer service.

This was my 4th order with Got Vape, and probably not my last. The products are good quality and decently priced! I happened to notice on the site that there was a 20% off code but when I placed my order there wasn’t a prompt to enter the code. I emailed customer service and within a few hours I was responded to and told that normally they don’t add promos after the order has been placed but that they would make an exception for me this time. I received a refund for the promo discount within 5 days. Very cool of them to do that for me and so quickly.

These guys and Gals are super awesome.... I mean.. it's like . There are smoke shops and stores everywhere. I'd still rather do business with Got Vape. Always super helpful and products are as advertised..... Why spend anywhere else?. Happy holidays.

What a wonderful customer service I just received!
I have had an Exxus Snap battery for about 7 months now. Just the other day I started to experience a problem with it.
I emailed my warranty info to them and was very pleased to find out my uno qualified for a replacement.
Not many companies stand behind their products t like this anymore!
I will be using Got Vape for all of my future needs!

I purchased a Exxus VV Snap Mini and after three days It came apart when I was unplugging it from charging cable. Now it’s unusable. I contacted customer support twice and had to send a video, but weeks later I still have not heard back from GOT VAPE. The worst purchase I’ve made ever and can‘t justify spending any more money with GOT VAPE!!!!!!!!

Been 3 weeks and still waiting. Bogus!

Ivy helped me today when I called to ask some recommendation questions about the Wulf Duo. She was very knowledgeable & explained everything to me so I would understand. She also went above & beyond by walking me through the website and assisted me in finding additional coils, where I could simply check out and complete my purchase.

I've been buying from GotVape since 2005, and they are awesome. I keep buying from them because they offer reliable products and a good selection. I also like that they review the products and often have videos explaining how to use them. But their customer service is where they really shine. I had to contact them because I messed up an order I was placing and I forgot to enter a coupon code before submitting the order, which would have given me a discount. They went ahead and gave me the discount, even though I'd already placed the order and, in all fairness, it was my mistake. But I know they value my business and I appreciate that, which is why I will continue to purchase from them.

I bought my battery at a little vape shop in my neighborhood and never heard of this brand before but gave it a try because the guy at the shop had good things to say about it. So glad I did! had a couple of questions after getting So I emailed them and got such a quick and and helpful responses! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and trust them to help me with any questions i have with my device In the future. Thank you!!

My order had an issue with the USB port. I was highly upset bc I thought I fixed it, but ultimately the USB port (and cord) never allowed me to charge my new battery. I thought I wasted my money and reached out to customer service in extreme frustration... The best part of this story is that customer service was some of the best customer service I have EVER experienced lol

My brother suggested I buy this brand because he loves his! I haven’t used mine yet, but their customer service is awesome! My package came damaged; it was torn at the top, and the vape had fallen out...they sent me a new one right away though! Thanks!!

I recieved an exxus dues for Christmas last year, it's been great. I bought another in October. It stopped charging today. I contacted customer support, they watched a video of the defective product, and they're mailing me out a replacement this week. Great customer service, and company. I will be doing alot more business with you guys. Thank you so much!!!
