Excellent service from Daniel Cervantes, he told me how to make a purchase on the website step by step and in 24 hours I reveived my items at a hotel in San Diego.

Had a issue with my unit. Contacted customer service they helped me get a replacement within 24 hours of me emailing them great products GREAT service

Excellent snap vape, hits like nothing else. I dropped it though and it instantly broke, customer service was quick to help.

I absolutely love my Exxus Snap, I have two now. One I got as a gift and then I purchased a backup. I’ve had the first one for almost a year and it’s still like the first day I got it. Admittedly, I made an a-s-s out of myself when I called a few weeks ago. I was new to this whole vaping thing and I was a little annoyed at their warranty steps. Even then tho they were still really patient and cool with me. I honestly feel bad about my behavior and low key forgot I was taking to a lady, let alone a human being. I was really disrespectful. I mean I bought this mini from some shotty smoke shop, didn't have my receipt, and even then they were still willing to help me. I was just being hella entitled. So, whoever I spoke to just know I'm sorry for being such a ****, and you were right...I had over filled the damn thing.
