Had a very positive experience with this company. Pauline and Calum helped us choose a lovely style of worktop. The fitting of the worktop was timeously carried out by Ben and Graham who did a beautiful job. Highly recommend.

Just had granite tops fitted by Graham and Ben, can I just say, I was getting hot flushes!
My tops are lovely, BUT, watching Ben wiping them down was a joy! That wee shaky bum thing he does, oof, I had to go for a cold shower after.

Exceptional experience dealing with GM from the moment I walked into the Hillington Showroom. I intially dealt with Libby C who had a look at our kitchen plans made a number of recommendations and calculated me a price which I must admit surprised me. I had watched the video on FB which said "if you are going to put Compact Laminate in your new kitchen get a quote from us first."I did and the quote for my quartz worktop was identical without me revealing a figure. After a couple of days when comparing samples with the kitchen units we decided to change to all black. In store I met with Stuart G who recommended that we should go with black granite as opposed to black quartz which in the end was great advice and at a priced I couldnt refuse. No deposit was taken, we booked in a date for estimated installation and Stevie the surveyor got in contact. Our fitter liased with Stevie and had all the units etc in place for drawing up the template. Stevie arrived, explained the process and made out the template checking where we wanted draining grooves etc. That afternoon (Tuesday) I received a call from Chris at GM and who said they would be good to go on the Friday morning at 10am. At 10am on Friday the fitting team of Bryan Jack and Mark arrived skillfully negotiating a near 3 metre long piece of granite through the hallway of the house. By 1pm they had gone leaving a pristine Premium Black Granite worktop. Thank you GM for making what initially I thought would be a stressful process into an absolute pleasure. If you are planning a new kitchen - dont buy from the unit manufacturer, Go to Granite Masters for an exceptional experience at an exceptional price with exceptional people

Lovely worktops at a good price, and excellent customer service.
When we had an issue, it was resolved quickly, and they even came back a second time to resolve a second issue that was not of their making as we had got the size wrong for the sink waste, so they came back to redrill it. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! Let down by a local supplier in Aberdeen, so contacted Granite Masters. From order to install was 8 days! Install by Graham & Jack was excellent! 😁

Disappointed with the installation

I requested and received email confirmation for a 650 mm worktop, but it was installed at approximately 615 mm.

When I complained, I was shown a handwritten drawing on the back of a page that I had signed on the front. I do not know where this handwritten drawing came from, and I was never shown or told that it indicated 615 mm. I do not recall agreeing to it.

The gas hob was also not fitted properly. I have asked the company to provide the paperwork showing that I agreed to the 615 mm measurement.

I am very disappointed with the installation and the way this issue has been handled. I have also contacted Advice Direct Scotland for advice regarding this matter.

We’ve had a great experience with Granite Masters. Calum was very helpful and knowledgeable in the showroom. Templating was very thorough and the fitters today did a great job, quickly and tidy. Everyone involved has been friendly and helpful and better priced than other quotes we had.

They were great in the showroom with our kids as well - a game to play and snacks too! Highly recommend! Thanks!

We had our quartz worktops supplied and installed by Granite Masters on Monday 10/8/26 and we were delighted with the overall experience.
From the initial telephone contact and showroom visit with Calum we were reassured that we were dealing with a company we could trust. The quality and overall choice of materials was impressive and Calum helped ensure that we made the right worktop choice for our home and that it would be delivered at a very competitive price.
A week prior to the installation date a survey and templating was carried out by Steve who was very thorough and took the time to discuss the installation details and made worthwhile suggestions that would enhance the install.
The installation was carried out by Graham and Ben who were professional and polite. They worked efficiently and carefully to complete the job and dealt with a couple of minor obstacles without any fuss. I was very happy with the completed installation and with the relatively short time it took.
Finally Libby in the office deserves a mention for how she handled the payment process with a friendly and professional approach.
So overall we are very pleased we chose Granite Master, great quality, and great prices delivered by a team of people you can trust.

Graham & Ben were great, communicated prior to their arrival and provide lots of information and advice regarding aftercare.
Had a slight issue with the arrival of my tap and Graham thankfully returned to prevent any hold ups with the plumber. Very pleased with my worktop and the finish the guys left. Thanks again!

Granite Masters delivered on what they promised and advertised. We now have beautiful quartz worktops which were expertly measured and fitted. Stevie who measured is so knowledgeable and experienced, he did a great job and our fitters Ben, Graham and Jack also did a great job of the fit. They arrived on time and were very quick, helpful and professional. Thank you.

From start to finish excellent service. Great showroom. Today Bryan and Mark fitted my kitchen and utility Quartz worktop Swansea Gold. They were so efficient and very professional and polite. Tidied up afterwards and explained to us everything so well. Would not hesitate to recommend.

From the moment we stepped inside the shop, from the choices across the different mediums to service in store which was excellent. The surveyor Callum was excellent and knowledgeable. The fitters Ben and Graham were top notch. Again to Stewart who explained everything and let us see the slab, just great service all in. If your looking to buy a worktop this place is where to go from quality, service and price it is a must. Thanks to all for the excellent experience.
