Granite Masters Reviews

Would highly recommend granite masters after our experience with them fitting a new quartz countertop in our kitchen. Everyone involved from the sales consultant Lisa through to the measuring team and installers were absolutely first class. Lisa was very patient helpful and offered great advice. She helped us out with samples that we could take away and we picked the perfect quartz for our worktop and absolutely delighted that we took some time over our choices to get it right for us. The fitting team were exemplary and kept any potential disruption to an absolute minimum. The fit and finish of our new worktops is absolutely superb, could not be happier. If we ever need any quartz, granite or marble worktops we will be sure where to go for 100% customer satisfaction.

Absolutely delighted with our worktops, Lisa was so patient and helpful from start to finish she helped us every step of the way. The team who installed our worktops are so professional. Would not hesitate to use again and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant service!
I was recommended to go there by a friend who had used their services and I was delighted from start to finish.
Libby from the get go when she gave me the two price options depending on the depth, Stevie who came all the way up to Tiree to do the templating was really helpful, the quality of the product and ease of fitting was terrific and I just LOVE what we chose!
Can recommend Granite Masters highly enought - thank you for the team in the workshop too - don't know your names but you did a super job!

Everything from start to finish was 💯 perfect. We went on saturday afternoon picked our worktop. They came to template it on Wednesday and fully fitted on Thursday. Sevice from the sales team to the fitters were brilliant

First class service from start to finish when replacing our worktops with quartz. From changes during templating to fitting was seamless. Highly recommend.

I required a bit of worktop to match the rest of the kitchen. The team helped me locate the closest match to my worktop and helped locate the exact right size of worktop without having to buy the full slab. The pricing as a result was half of what I was expecting to pay. Any issues re sizing were rectified immediately and the team were helpful in facilitating this.

A first class job of supplying and fitting my new work tops. Excellent company to deal with. I’d highly recommend them.

Easy process from start to finish. We had originally been planning on getting a solid surface worktop from elsewhere. This ended up being quite time consuming and we struggled to find somebody to supply and fit this for us in a timely manner. When we ended up visiting granite masters we had the template taken and worktops fitted within the week. So impressed and in love with our new countertops and so glad we went for them. Thanks for making the process so easy for us.

Our experience from entering the shop to fitting our new quartz worktop was seamless. Super friendly & efficient staff! The different types of worktops & pricing was explained in detail which helped us make the right decision for our new kitchen. The fitting process was timed perfectly for our new kitchen going in and again with very friendly template designers & fitters who explained the process and after care instructions in detail. Would 100% recommend Granite Masters!

Replaced our butcher block worktop to quartz. From entering the shop and discussing with Libby our requirements to the measure up and fitting of the worktops was top class service. All trades followed on from each other seamlessly and work completed within the timescales given. We were very nervous about replacing our worktop and a bespoke table top but there was no need to be. Looks like a whole new kitchen. Would 100% recommend this company. Thanks

Glasgow granite masters communicated very well on the phone and in person regarding prices, specifications and delivery. The measuring up visit was efficient and the delivery and installation carried out shortly afterwards with minimum fuss in spite of having to carry a large piece of granite onto the second floor. I am very pleased with a very handsome new kitchen worktop and would be happy to recommend the company to others.

Had my kitchen Granite worktops from Granite master in Hillington, great selection and friendly staff. Outstanding delivery and fitting.
Great company 👍

Great company, popped into the show room on the 'off chance' and they gave a great service, offered a range of options with prices and then found a reduced product after seeing the colour of our kitchen. Gave samples so we were able to look at it in the kitchen. It was perfect. They then measured and fitted it within a week. Unfortunately once installed our sink came loose, but one phone call and the team were around in three hours and it was all fixed. Would recommend without hesitation. Thanks to the team.

Great service from the beginning to installation. Friendly and professional service. The process was easy and quick. Brilliant

We are absolutely delighted with every aspect of this company . From Lisa who guided us in our initial selection to the installation team . They are so quick and efficient. Not to mention the production team that actually make it all happen behind the scene. Great price and great quality .
