We didn't use Grapevine as sellers, but were buying a house marketed by them. They were excellent from start to finish (despite a very stressful transaction which was not their fault at all), very easy to contact and communicate with and we would definitely use them if we were to market a house. Would recommend.

We viewed a house with John in Winnersh. He came to the viewing completely unprepared. He took an advantage on we really liked the house. He was lying about the tenure of the property. He tried to sell us leasehold house as a freehold. I would not recommend to anyone to work with such an unreliable (and unprofessional) estate agent.

The entire time, the team (Oliver, Sharaf and Adam mainly, but others pitching in) were nothing short of brilliant. Supportive, Clear, Reliable, Upfront, Communicative. Keeping in touch and developing that relationship without being pushy. Always at hand to help while keeping expectations realistic. Liaising in a timely manner with us and really making things easy in such a complicated process that is buying a house. I could not recommend them more, just wish other areas were lucky to have a Grapevine branch like ours.
