Great service and attention to detail throughout our sale and move

Grapevine were really helpful and professional with the purchase of our first home. Throughout the whole process they kept us well informed and were always very straightforward with their answers.
Specifically during the final stages of the purchase, they went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through with no unnecessary delays!

The team at Grapevine were amazing and far more informative than my own solicitors! They were always happy to help, advise, answer any questions (as a clueless first time buyer there were many!) and were always keeping the process moving and chain informed. The team are super friendly, genuinely lovely people and an absolute pleasure to deal with, i would never use another agent now. Adam in particular was awesome at getting everything across the line.

We've recently completed a successful house sale through Grapevine. We found all members of staff at the Agency professional and approachable. When house viewings stalled, they went the extra mile to call people who had previously shown an interest to promote the property further with a positive outcome. They 'nursed' the house sale through the complexities of the legal process and were communicative throughout. We would definitely use Oliver and the team again at Grapevine.

From first viewing to handover of keys on move in day we had the proactive can do team on the job, making the purchase work.
All the team in the Twyford office did the work between buyers and seller to move the purchase happen, and did the haggling!

Grapevine managed the sale of our house and we found them to be professional and friendly with good local knowledge. The main reason we would recommend them, however, is how proactive and responsive they are if your sale does not go smoothly. When our buyer chain fell through they went straight to work and found us a new buyer in short time to ensure that we did not lose the house we were buying.

Adam and Oliver kept me well informed at all times with regard to my sale. A good professional service and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very good local knowledge. Invaluable advice. Very efficient, helpful and supportive with viewings. The entire team were very friendly, keeping in touch regularly and reporting immediately on developments as they happened. Proactive with buyers, solicitors and removals people.
