The staff at Greenacres were extremely helpful informing me of the many options available the communication was clear they showed me around the grounds and the spot I am to be interned. I would like to thank Sue and Chloe who took great care of my choices and made me feel welcome. The grounds are beautiful and if you want a service there is a little chapel on site.
If you're looking for a burial site I would thoroughly recommend Greenacres at Colney Woods.

Greenacres Living Memorial Park at Colney is exactly where my mum would have wanted her ashes spread. It’s a calm, quiet and beautifully maintained park, surrounded by woodland and animal life is noticeable.

Chloe has been exceptionally helpful in arranging mum’s ashes to be spread in a perfect place.

All the staff were very helpful, in a direct and compassionate way, and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble.

We had my mum's funeral in Colney Park and the calm of the venue, with its sweeping views of woodland, along with a wonderful service arranged by Gordon Barber of Eaton, made it the special and memorable occasion we - and mum - wanted.

A few weeks later we chose a special plot in the memorial garden for mum's ashes, where she is now surrounded by nature and flora.

Huge thanks to Chloe and her team at Colney Park, along with Louise at Gordon Barber, Eaton for each going the extra mile to make the whole process personal, compassionate and professional.

The venue was beautiful and peaceful, and it was such a wonderfully appropriate place to bid my mother farewell.

GreenAcres - Epping Branch was the venue for the Thanksgiving Service & Ashes Interment for my wife. The park is a wonderful place, the staff were very caring and sympathetic at all times. I cannot imagine anywhere better for my wife's ashes to reside.

From the moment we visited Greenacres Rainford Park we knew that it was the perfect place to hold a Celebration of Life service for my late husband . Set in beautiful woodland we were overwhelmed by the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings.
The staff were so kind and accommodating showing us around before we booked the venue .
On the day of the service there were around 150+ people but they were all fitted both inside and outside the building, with the huge patio doors opened so it felt like my husband was completely surrounded by all those that loved him !
It was the most beautiful service in the most perfect grounds .

GreenAcres is a beautiful natural burial park and provided the perfect final resting place for both our mum and dad. The peaceful woodland setting made the day feel calm, personal and very special.

Chloe and Sue were both incredibly kind, compassionate and supportive throughout. They made what could have been a very difficult occasion feel relaxed, dignified and truly memorable.

The beautiful Rainford Park was the perfect resting place for my husband. We so appreciate the peaceful surroundings when we visit. The natural yet well maintained grounds are the ideal place to take a moment and reflect.
The support and attention we received from the staff, especially Gina, before, during and after the funeral has been exemplary. From our very first visit to the memorial park, Chloe made both my sister and me feel genuinely at ease. She listened carefully to what we wanted and guided us with sensitivity, allowing us to create a service that truly reflected our mother’s life and personality.

The setting itself is exceptional. Our mother was not religious but was deeply spiritual, and the natural woodland surroundings provided a peaceful and fitting backdrop for us to come together and remember her.

While GreenAcres may not be the most economical option, the quality of service, attention to detail, and the calm, respectful atmosphere more than justify the investment. We felt supported throughout the entire process, and nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal.

I returned my parents’ ashes from Canada to Colney Park to be buried alongside my brother. Chloe and the team could not have been more helpful and supportive. The park is beautiful and peaceful. My Uk family and I so appreciate the kindness shown us during this stressful time.

From the time of our first approach to arrange my husband’s celebration of life to his interment, Brad and the team were professional, efficient and compassionate. They made a difficult time easier than it might have been, and we remain grateful for their guidance and support.
GreenAcres is a beautiful woodland park which my husband and I had chosen for our final resting places several years ago. The Service Hall was the perfect venue for his celebration, and I am so glad we chose this lovely, peaceful setting.

We had the memorial for my mum on 23/3/26 and the team at Heatherly Park were fantastic. The venue and surroundings were perfectly maintained and managed. The team were responsive and able to provide to all our needs. We used Lydia and David from Stauntons who were fantastic and Flowers were provided by Flower Vogue that were perfect. Nick did a wonderful job as celebrant. They all made this heartbreaking time more bearable.

Not having arranged a funeral service before Heatherley Park made everything so smooth. The ladies were sympathetic and kind, nothing was too much trouble. I wanted a natural burial for my husband and Heatherley Park is the perfect setting, calm, peaceful and natural. We are planting an oak tree for him and are able to visit whenever we want to.
