Co Op Funeral Plan My husband and I decided to take out a…
My husband and I decided to take out a funeral plan as we wanted to ease the burden on our children of having to make funeral arrangements for us in the future. Both of our families have used Co-op Funeralcare in the past, so we were already aware of the exceptional service and attention to detail they provide.
Throughout the process, we felt completely at ease and under no pressure to make a decision. We were given the time and guidance to choose a plan that best suited our individual needs.
The empathy, compassion and professionalism shown by Millie were outstanding. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring, and the administration was straightforward, clear and easy to follow.
We are extremely grateful for the excellent service we received and would wholeheartedly recommend a Co-op funeral plan to anyone wishing to plan ahead and give their loved ones peace of mind for the future.
