Trustworthy and efficient.
We contacted the Co-op as family had always used them, but mostly because we felt they were trustworthy to arrange the funeral we wanted. It was all arranged over the phone. Everything went smoothly and paperwork was received in good time. By coincidence, I met a funeral director from a rival company. She said we couldn't go far wrong with the Co-op.

I had a very lovely experience. The funeral office was warm and welcoming.
Heidi we extremely professional, friendly, helpful and patient. Everything was explained to me very carefully, I did not feel rushed.

The lady who i saw for my unatended funeral plan was lovely, very respectful and as with all my dealings with the co op very compassionate. Would highly reccomend co op all interactions with staff on the penn rd on every occasion over the years has been excellent.

Funeral plans made easy
I have used the Co-op funeral to arrange a couple of my family’s funerals, so when I decided to make a plan for myself I felt happy to turn to the Co-op for help. We went to the Shirley office in Birmingham where the staff Julie , Nicky and Heidi who I have dealt with before are so lovely and efficient. I would recommend to anyone.
