My mother was ready to make…
My mother was ready to make arrangements when required to help the family with her eventual funeral.
Never a easy task to deal with when you hope you have more years to come!
However the arranements were made via the agent from the Coop Furneral Services and what a pleasant experience we had.
The agent Hayley, was welcoming calm and fully understood my mothers wishes all was explained in full and never did the agent urge us in decision or otherwise we felt all was dealt with in a polite and respected manner.

The Co op has been funeral directors for a number of my family over the years, and have always acted with respect and kindness. It was only right that my husband and I got our funeral plans from you. Phoned Sarah
Phoned Sarah, she was friendly, informative and she explained and gave us what we needed. Some time after sorting our funerals we changed our minds on one funeral. This was done with no problem, again with Sarah. So the 45 days cooling off period needs to be kept.

Excellent staff at local funeral home to me. Really helpful on the phone and the follow up with the customer services team gave exceptionally good service. The whole team were fantastic: knowledgeable, thoughtful, helpful, clear and prompt. All that was discussed was further followed up by phone calls and email correspondence to me as promised. Many organisations could learn from this.
