Peace of Mind
The plan was for my 89 year old Mum that wanted everything in hand and simple to sort after her passing.The Co-Op funeral directors did this for her.She came away settled in her mind that she was getting her final wishes granted.

Never a nice job but used my local Co-Op to arrange a simple cremation for my mum.They made me an appointment at my local one so I didn’t need to travel.Very compassionate and helpful.No problems at all.

Jane was excellent
Jane was excellent, put us at ease and encouraged us to talk about our son Nigel.Nothing was too much trouble. The funeral parlour was very peaceful and exceptionally clean. In a very difficult time it was good to be treated as we were.

We liked the fact you did our…
We liked the fact you did our consultation on a Saturday even though you were not open and the fact our daughter could sit in on the link with us both so she heard our wishes first hand. You put yourselves out to help us with my husband working in the week. And all the paper work came within a couple of days and our daughter got copies of our wishes as well the lady who took the link with us was very nice and helpful answered any questions we had and explained everything to us thorough ly.

Excellent, compassionate, and highly supportive service.
Having used the service for my late wife, I was in no doubt who I would use for my own funeral planning. I primarily used the service provided by your Stonehouse branch, managed at that time by Anna, and currently by Stephen, both of whom have carried me through extremely difficult times, and to whom I am more than grateful.
