The co-op representative phoned at the designated time, and everything was explained to me, for the plan that myself and wife had chosen, it could not have gone smoother, really happy to have peace of mind, and my funerals all paid for. I went to arrange and pay for my funeral, my husband passed away in March and I was so impressed with the compassion, friendliness and understanding from the lady who we saw, there was no doubt in my mind that this was where I wanted my funeral to be arranged. First class service yet again, I would definitely recommend.

Very Good Customer Service
I have been considering prepaid cremation only plans for some time.
I have chosen the Co-op because once you have made an enquiry they do not bombard you trying to get you to take out a plan.
I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone had the right attitude and tone. I attended the appointment and saw Jane who also had the correct manner and we concluded the transaction promptly and I was very clear about what had been discussed and agreed.
I had a 45 day period in which I could change my mind and I left the appointment feeling very satisfied with the product and service.
I called to clarify something a few weeks later and again had a very nice customer service experience.

Very good visit
We waited until we could sort our funeral plan in person at Carterton. We had a very good appointment with Anna and we sorted
and paid for our plans. Anna was very helpful and made us a cup of tea and coffee!
