This is an update to my last review. They asked me to contact them with more information. So I provided screen shots and dates as they asked. And they just gave me a longer message saying thank you I'm sorry we can't warranty this item. So I can only imagine them asking was to appear better on the review. PLEASE AVOID

Having checked the information and dates provided, we confirmed that the product was supplied with a 12-month warranty and, unfortunately, the fault was reported after that warranty period had expired. For that reason, we were unable to accept the item as a warranty claim.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you wanted, but we believe it is important to clarify that your request was considered properly and declined solely because the 12-month warranty had expired.
Prompt delivery
I ordered two new phones and they arrived promptly. I have to say they were very easy to connect and get up and running even for a dinosaur like me.

The prompt service and helpful advice was appreciated as was the friendly approach of the staff I dealt with with. However, when I had plugged the power and charged up both handsets and set up the time and date and tried to make a call line fault was shown.
