Failed repair very unhappy never cared or helped just said contact insurance people discusting service

Excellent service very polite and efficient

The item was collected and delivered on time and within a very short time span and fixed to my daughter’s satisfaction as it was her MacBook Air laptop. I was kept informed with Whatts app and emails so I was very happy with the experience.

The pick up by DPD was 24 hours early as I was expecting the pick up on a Monday as requested,this led to a rushed wipe of the I pad and the failure to exit the I cloud as the collection guys were waiting to seal the I pad,apart from that everything was fine

Repaired my laptop, but 3 times of going back, twice for over heating and it is still an issue.

A 360 laptop which gets hot at the back (especially when charging) and also hot around the screen and keyboard connection after only about 10 minutes is not fixed in my pov..

I had an email saying that the device couldn't be repaired as I hadn't logged out, rang the phone number given and they talked me through the process, not being very techy, this really helped. after that the device was repaired promptly and returned back as good as new.

There was no problem on picking up my goods for repair they text to say what day they will pick it up and a text to say when it will be returned when the problem was fixed.
