My honest feelings are those of deep disappointment & have as a result cancelled my Direct Debit with D & G for any further cover: Initial help was good, but this sadly waned to anger on my part for lack of help & cooperation, especially from The Manager. My keyboard was returned to me with a detached key, & I was left without any help in connecting the keyboard to the tablet. He said he would try to e/m me a video of help, but nothing arrived, ...not even an apology for not achieving that aim. He offered to repair the keyboard, but I no longer trust nor want any dealings. He said it was Company policy to "factory reset" the equipment on return to me. That maybe but was of no help or use to me when G'bridge say they had it working, but were not allowed to return it in a working condition.

laptop came back returned from what should of been just a screen replacement, however the list of fixes was alot more.
New SSD it didn't need one. new housing it didn't need.
and board again didn't need very confused. someone been into computers for over 20 years build them this had me scratching my head.
I sent in a ryzen 5 laptop got back same laptop same housing windows reset and a intel sticker on the front. thankfully when looked at bios and on windows it was clearly the old processor with bottom of the laptop showing same model number as before. very strange but the laptop is indeed working screen has been fixed. thankyou greengridge

Efficient while remaining security conscious. The device was also returned quickly after repairs and was l kept well informed of its stages of progress.

Superb service, honestly not one single downside here. Collection very quick, very clear communication through mail and text. Extremely quick fix and return. Mac Book collected on Monday and returned completely repaired to Apple standard by Saturday. 100% would recommend again.

Very poor item was sent Back to me saying it’s fixed but cannot even log in they are now asking me to contact the insurance company so they can advise How can they send the computer without even checking it was working or not?

Failed repair very unhappy never cared or helped just said contact insurance people discusting service
