Fantastic service, good value journey to the Isle of Wight. Absolutely a smooth journey. Our driver Matt was such a good driver, kind, helpful I would recommend Matt any day

On August 9, my sister and I went on a day trip to Weymouth. The coach drivers was lovely; they were so helpful. But we had to go on a minibus first, which was ok coming back; the coach driver dropped us off, and we went back on the minibus the driver (but I don't know her name wished I did). She was not nice at all; she was rude and unpleasant. We were picked up at the top of Poake Lane and dropped off. My sister asked her if she would drop her off at the bottom of Poake Lane she said no. My sister said You are going to let an 80 year old woman walk on her own at 10.00 at night. My sister always asked the coach driver, and they always drop her.of at the bottem But she said I picked you up, " dropped you of at the top of Poake Lane and that was it. She left my sister standing there; it would not have taken 2 mins to take her and drop her off at the bottom. All she had to do was go round the island and go back up the road. But no, she just drove off

Went with Greenline to Potters Five Lakes which is a good place. However they had informed Greenline that we could not have a walk in shower and to check with us that this was acceptable. No way was that acceptable but Greenline did not ask us and responded on our behalf. But due to mobility issues it was an essential requirement for me. Completely ruined our holiday having to visit the spa area to shower. Greenline have not answered any of my emails regarding this. I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. Definitely gone downhill since change of owners.

If I could give 0 I would. What’s the point of having a time table and making people rely on this bus if you decide to just skip a time???
Honestly busses taking people to airport should have some regulations they should pay damages if they decide to skip, literally late to airport because the bus decided to not show up and the app is useless, says nothing about delays or anything. I waited 20 min, and just went for national express.

Trip to coronation street 5th July was awful and stressful, driver late, no apologies, didn’t know the itinerary, took us to a Salford shopping centre instead of Salford quays, took us get back to the quays a round trip of an hour, didn’t know where to park the coach so everyone had to walk about half a mile and most people were elderly, I asked to be dropped off a a certain place the driver knew nothing about this he wasn’t informed so when I got off I had to walk 2 miles to my house because it was Sunday and very few buses. Phoned Greenline they just said sorry
but a strong lack of interest. I’ll think twice about going wilh them again

After going on a few day trips which have been a disaster I decided to cancel a day trip I had booked for 26th July. The company refuse to refund my money even though there is enough time to resell the tickets.

We booked a “hop on hop off” tour in Rome our first day of arrival. The kiosks are plentiful and promote as “ hop on hop off”. DO NOT purchase GreenLine Tours if in Rome. Use other providers. Their kiosks are deceptive. We spent 50 minutes waiting for a bus, only to get on with no headset provided, no narration, really uncomfortable seating and after 60 minutes of riding we only had one stop and didn’t see any of the city’s highlights. We got off. Total ripoff at 56 euros for two people. There are other reputable companies in Rome that operate a true “ hop on hop off” experience.

Travelled to and from Safari park with Dave and Jordan, they were absolutely great and made the journey comfortable

My experience with Greenline was excellent. I took the 757 from Brent Cross to Luton AirPort. The coach was a few minutes late but the driver was very polite and professional. The ride was smooth as silk. Thanks Greenline!

Waited at said pick up location 15 minutes before due time. Another 2 ladies joined also. They had a printed ticket with location confirmation, we had it on a text message. Called the office number 20 minutes in to waiting as no sign of coach. Spoke to a gentleman who quizzed me with questions then advised he would give me a call back once he’s been able to locate the driver. Another 15 minutes went by and no call back. Called again and was reassured he was struggling to get hold of the ‘transport manager’ and hadn’t forgotten about me. Another 20 minutes or so went by, no sign of the coach and received a call from a lady from the office this time who quizzed me with the same questions and repeatedly stated they can’t get hold of the transport manager and they haven’t got the contact number for the coach driver!!
We got a call back from the gentleman who stated he had checked the drivers system and the driver had confirmed he attended the pick up point meaning we had missed the coach and we weren’t even there, claiming we were liars. I asked if this was the case how come in first instance you had offered to reimburse a full refund?!
We again spoke with the lady, we asked if there was any chance alternative transport could be arranged, she kept saying that isn’t a decision that she should or could make. Unfortunately when booking, the transport fee and the ticket fee to the venue are all rolled into one. We didn’t wish to risk being able to get there but not be presented with an entry ticket and potentially be turned away.
Refund underway and vouchers ‘for good will’ have been granted. It’s a shame these vouchers won’t be put to use as I wouldn’t trust this company again. Ruined our whole day to just get told ‘I can understand this is an inconvenience’.

Shambles of a company, gave the wrong pick up times so I had to query it to get the correct pick up time. Totally unorganised and useless

Awful. The staff is rude and they hiked their prices on BOXING day because there were no train in order to profit from people being stranded. Disgusting.

We bought tickets to get from London Luton Airport to London via Internet.
When we arrived there we sat in line, but îndoit tubatley the bus left without us, because an emplyee sold more Tickets than there were sita avalabile🙃
So we had to wait outside to get to London with another bus.

As a member of a group scheduled for a 5 day trip to the Esplanade in Scaraborough. I was horrified and devastated that my holiday was cancelled 3 days before the start of the trip because of a rooming blunder by Green line coaches. Devastating!!!

No aircondition no proper ventilation in whole compartmnet.
all passengers are suffering breath issue due to poor air quality provided inside cabin.
pls take serious action against this issue.

Used your bus on Monday Luton to London, our driver was John, he was very good and very helpful, it was a nice journey, my wife and I was was very impressed, all in all a nice experience

Stay tuned about any declined payment, be careful when making a payment by Visa card directly on the bus. I made 2 payments which resulted in a decline, then I made a third which was accepted. Later I went to check my bank account where I noticed that the decline transactions were also charged..I sent emails with receipts and proof of that payments , the Green Line didn't respond, I had to open a dispute through my bank. Always check the payments you make with your card....
