We purchased a van from this company over 4 months ago now and since the first day we have had smoke coming out the exhaust. They have taken the vehicle back 3 x and have not fixed the problem to the point the owner of this company, asked me the customer if I know better why don’t I fix it. They put us in contact after a month and no vehicle to there legal experts for their insurance, which is literally just a go between and they asked us to pay for Fiat to diagnose the problem. I did this, paid over £300 for a diagnostic report to which confirmed the issues of over £4000 worth of work to get the vehicle road worthy and a drivable state and still after nearly 6 weeks no response. We have used the vehicle for 2 days since receiving it and all we get is emails saying the client is deciding their next proposal. I would stay clear of this company for sure and happy to show all disgraceful messages and emails from them to anyone wishing to see. I don’t leave reviews like this ever but feel this is now the only option. I’ve also reported them to trading standards and have passed this over to a debt recovery agency.

Great company. Found a Discovery 3 which was delivered by Richard the next day. All great and then a wheel bearing went. True to their word, Will came and picked up the car and had it repaired within the same week. Just returned from a 1500 mile France trip, which was why we needed the Disco in the first place, and the car was brilliant. An honest company with excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

PLEASE BECAREFULL USING THIS COMPANY these people.would sweet talk you to the bank and back saying the right things and making you believe their the best but when it comes to answering major questions that's when the true colors come out. There is a car we saw peugeot 206cc
convertible 2005, we wanted to buy it. but when i did car check on CAR VERTICAL and spoke to Richard on the phone started asking questions he started shouting instead of being nice and calm. He was just ranting and shouting with pure lack of knowledge of good customers services. he even went on to say they sell older cars meaning you buy at your.own risk basically. why are we buying from them etc look at the reviews,...WELL ANY ONE CAN WRITE A REVIEW. clearly people don't check we buy because of the way we're treated as customers. Which make me wonder if you can shout before I
make a purchase how about if I come back with a faulty car or decide to bring it back?
